Ce vendredi <strong>15</strong> avril, l'œnologue Anne-Marie Chabbert propose une initiation à la dégustation<br />
<strong>du</strong> champagne, à l'herboristerie Infuse, rue Montpelliéret. L'occassion <strong>de</strong> découvrir cette<br />
région viticole dans ses différents terroirs, grâce à l'éclairage d'une spécialiste.<br />
Œnologue formée à Montpellier, Anne-Marie Chabbert a exercé pendant 30 ans en<br />
Champagne. Elle propose un atelier <strong>de</strong> dégustation ce vendredi <strong>15</strong> avril, <strong>de</strong> 19 h <strong>15</strong> à 21 h, à<br />
l'herboristerie Infuse, 2 rue Montpelliéret. Autour <strong>de</strong> trois champagnes accompagnés <strong>de</strong><br />
différents mets, elle fera découvrir les spécificités <strong>de</strong> ces cuvées, leurs procédés d'élaboration,<br />
et présentera les différents terroirs <strong>de</strong> la Champagne, leurs cépages et leur géologie.
