Cette compréhension approfondie demande<br />
du temps et de l’engagement, ce<br />
qui, curieusement, correspond exactement<br />
aux attentes du grand public vis-àvis<br />
de la psychothérapie, comme une étude<br />
récente a pu le montrer [10]. Les effets thérapeutiques<br />
persistent au mieux après la<br />
fin du traitement et s’améliorent au fil du<br />
temps [11, 12], contribuant ainsi à la réduction<br />
des coûts de la santé [13, 14].<br />
Tenter de comprendre les liens plus<br />
profonds<br />
En conclusion, on peut donc dire que les<br />
méthodes psychanalytiques font toujours<br />
partie – en Suisse et dans le monde – des<br />
méthodes standard de traitement des maladies<br />
psychiques. Elles sont efficaces et<br />
économiques. Dans le cadre de ces procédures,<br />
une compréhension de la symptomatologie<br />
actuelle est élaborée – en collaboration<br />
avec le patient – en l’intégrant<br />
dans la constellation intrapsychique et le<br />
parcours de vie individuels. Si l’on veut<br />
qualifier cette démarche «d’exploration de<br />
l’infiniment profond», elle est donc toujours<br />
d’actualité aujourd’hui.<br />
Pour des raisons de lisibilité, le masculin<br />
générique est utilisé, qui inclut toutes les<br />
personnes.<br />
