B. Technical aspects
Most of technical aspects find application anywhere in the world. So we’ll study
them globally, and then we’ll develop specialised examples (through case studies) for
Asia and Middle East markets.
B 1- International contracts
Today, very few companies can ignore the international scene if they wish to expand
economically and commercially. Their CEOs and managers are therefore called upon
to do business world-wide and thus deal with its intricacies.
The object of this course is therefore to make the participant understand and assimilate
the difficulties that exist in the drafting of an international contract. The approach will
take into consideration the legal terminology as well as the legal framework of an
international contract.
Second part of this course will be around the international negociation process.

According to the english level of the group, this course will be taught in English or in
French.
The objective is that non specialists in finance understand how to manage with
international finance.

How to manage my supply chain ? How to provide my customers with :

o at the right place
