O Governo Regional dos Açores, através da Secretaria Regional do Ambiente e do Mar, continuará a promover e incentivar todas as iniciativas que permitam um enriquecimento do conhecimento da biodiversidade dos Açores. Bem hajam a todos os que contribuíram e colaboraram para a feitura deste trabalho que vem dar um precioso contributo para um conhecimento mais aprofundado e, consequentemente, para a protecção de um património riquíssimo que é de todos nós e que constitui porventura um dos melhores legados que poderemos deixar às gerações vindouras.
