chiarimenti e modalità di attuazione
DIRETTIVE 2002/95/EC (RoHS) e 2002/96/EC (RAEE)
Grafoplast da sempre attenta a rispettare i requisiti derivanti da obblighi legislativi, nonché
orientata ad una politica di rispetto dell’ambiente si sta adoperando da tempo per eliminare
dai propri prodotti tutte le sostanze critiche individuate dalle direttive RoHS e
RAEE. Al fine di raggiungere i requisiti richiesti dalle sopraccitate normative, è stato costituito
ad inizio 2005 un apposito Comitato (Comitato RoHS - RAEE) composto da personale
rappresentativo di tutte le funzioni aziendali (acquisti, produzione, vendite, amministrazione,
qualità e ambiente). Tale Comitato ha attivato tutta una serie di azioni per ottenere
una piena conformità ai requisiti richiesti entro le scadenze di legge.

Grafoplast always careful to respect the requirements coming from legislative obligations,
addressed to a politic of environment respects, it is doing its best for long time to
eliminate from its products all the critical substances located by RoHS and RAEE directive.
With the intent to reach the requirements requested by the directive, at the beginning
of 2005 it has been established a special Committee (RoHS – RAEE Committee) composed
of representative staff of all the Company functions (purchase, production, sale, administration,
quality and environment). This Committee has activated a series of actions to
obtain a complete conformity to the requested requirements within the law expiration.
