Pretty Ballerinas, also<br />

for little ones<br />

Great previews for spring-summer 2010 at PRETTYBALLERINAS, an<br />

internationally known brand from Menorca which will present a collection<br />

of ballet pumps for children between 2 and 12 years old for the<br />

first time at September’s Micam.<br />

The Hannah model in leopard-spot pony skin is available in sizes<br />

24/34 (2-7 years) while the Julieta model in suede zebra skin is<br />

available in sizes 30/39 (5-12 years).<br />

Speedo at Altamoda<br />

Creatività Liquida closed Rome’s haute couture week: on the catwalk<br />

was the Speedo collection, created by the best designers from the<br />

Istituto Marangoni, sponsor of the 13th FINA World Swimming<br />

Championships (50m) in Rome. The ‘made in Italy’ collection enters<br />

the water and climbs <strong>di</strong>rectly onto the catwalk. Creatività Liquida closes<br />

AltaRomaAltaModa with a fashion show-event de<strong>di</strong>cated to the<br />

Swimming World Championships Roma09, to design and to the emerging<br />

Italian stylists: beachwear in a couture<br />

version. The Creatività Liquida show represented<br />

the event of ‘passage’ between the<br />

calendar of AltaRoma (12-15 July) and the<br />

Swimming World Championships Roma09<br />

(17 July-2 August). For the first time in<br />

Rome a partnership between real, solid<br />

industry and young, emerging stylists in an<br />

original fashion window has been accomplished<br />

, and Paola Pattacini who, drawing<br />

on her twenty years’ experience as assistant<br />

to Gianfranco Ferré, coor<strong>di</strong>nated, devised,<br />

and was able to unite the creative whims of<br />

the next generation, and international brands, in a fashion showevent<br />

de<strong>di</strong>cated to the Swimming World Championships Roma09. Thus<br />

international brands scouted for young designers at the closing fashion<br />

show- event of Rome’s haute couture week.<br />

Speedo’s history, made up of success, swimming world champions and<br />

the creative enthusiasm of students from the Istituto Marangoni:<br />

these are the contents of the project which sees both realities as protagonists<br />

– leaders in their respective sectors – Speedo and Istituto<br />

Marangoni, united for Creatività Liquida.<br />

Creatività Liquida ha chiuso la settimana dell’alta moda capitolina:<br />

in passerella la collezione Speedo, ideata dai migliori designer<br />

dell’Istituto Marangoni, sponsor dei 13th FINA World Swimming<br />

Championships (50m) a Roma. Il made in Italy entra in acqua e sale<br />

<strong>di</strong>rettamente in passerella. Creatività Liquida chiude<br />

AltaRomaAltaModa con una sfilata evento de<strong>di</strong>cata ai Mon<strong>di</strong>ali <strong>di</strong><br />

Nuoto Roma09, al design e agli stilisti italiani emergenti: il beachwear<br />

in versione couture. La kermesse Creatività Liquida ha rappresentato<br />

l’evento <strong>di</strong> passaggio tra il calendario <strong>di</strong> AltaRoma (12-<br />

15 luglio) e i Mon<strong>di</strong>ali <strong>di</strong> Nuoto Roma09 (17 luglio-2 agosto). Per la<br />

prima volta a Roma, si realizza il connubio tra realtà industriali<br />

solide e giovani stilisti emergenti in un’originale fashion window,<br />

ideata e coor<strong>di</strong>nata da Paola Pattacini che, attingendo dalla sua<br />

esperienza ventennale <strong>di</strong> assistente <strong>di</strong> Gianfranco Ferrè, ha saputo<br />

unire estro creativo della next generation e brand internazionali in<br />

una sfilata evento de<strong>di</strong>cata ai Mon<strong>di</strong>ali <strong>di</strong> Nuoto Roma09. Brand<br />

internazionali fanno dunque scouting <strong>di</strong> giovani designer nella sfilata<br />

evento <strong>di</strong> chiusura della settimana dell’alta moda capitolina<br />

La storia <strong>di</strong> Speedo fatta <strong>di</strong> successi, i campioni mon<strong>di</strong>ali del nuoto<br />

e l’entusiasmo creativo degli studenti dell’Istituto Marangoni: sono<br />

questi i contenuti del progetto che vede protagoniste le due realtà<br />

– leader nei rispettivi settori – Speedo e Istituto Marangoni unite<br />

per Creatività Liquida.
