In circa 40 anni di attività, Impa ha raggiunto dimensionitali da essere inclusa tra le importantirealtà produttive italiane del proprio settore ed èentrata a far parte del Gruppo Pitture e Vernicidi Federchimica (associazione Nazionale cheraggruppa le maggiori aziende industriali chimiche).L’attività storica di decoratori della famigliaZanardo inizia ad assumere dimensioni industrialinel 1962 con la costruzione del primostabilimento, al quale si sono aggiunti i due successivi,rispettivamente nel 1972 e 1975.I mercati si allargarono velocemente, Impa iniziaad essere conosciuta e apprezzata. La riccagamma di prodotti disponibili apre le portedei mercati esteri fino ad arrivare a distribuire ilmarchio IMPA nei 5 continenti.Dopo aver ampliato il primo stabilimento, infatti,venne avviata la produzione di smalti e verniciper l’industria e poi, prevedendo lo sviluppo dellamotorizzazione vennero messi sul mercato inuovi stucchi per la riparazione delle automobili.Anche questa fu un’intuizione di AnnutoZanardo di gran successo immediato. Per questaproduzione di stucchi nacque una nuovaunità produttiva.Si rese poi necessaria la costituzione di una terzaautonoma unità produttiva per il nuovo sistemaDidoc, dosaggio automatico del catalizzatorenegli stucchi per carrozzeria.Nel 1980 Impa compare tra i soci fondatoridell’ASSOFOM “Associazione Italiana produttoriForniture per Marmisti” con la fornitura del masticestucco Super-Ancora, leader a livello internazionale.All’inizio degli anni ’90, le dimensioni della domandae lo sviluppo nazionale ed internazionaledella rete commerciale, hanno richiestola stesura di un progetto complessivo, che prevedevaun ulteriore nucleo produttivo e l’accentramentoorganizzativo di tutte le funzioni, conla gestione in rete dei sistemi di produzione einformazione.In more than forty years of activity, IMPA hasreached a dimension such that it may now beconsidered one of the major Italianmanufacturers in its field and has become amember of the Paint and Varnish Group ofFederchimica (a national association thatrepresents the major chemical industries).The historic activity of the Zanardo family asdecorators began to acquire an industrialdimension in 1962 with the construction of thefirst factory, to which two more were addedrespectively in 1972 and 1975.
