Come Junghans. Fondata nel 1861 da Erhard Junghans, l’azienda iniziò
fin da subito a entrare nella storia dell’orologeria e dell’industria.
Già nel 1903 Junghans era la più grande fabbrica di orologi al mondo.
Nel 1961, al 100° anno di attività, ogni giorno venivano prodotti
20.000 orologi, esportati in 100 paesi. Ma non volevamo solo
fabbricare orologi, bensì dare una forma al tempo. E continuiamo
a farlo con grande entusiasmo.

The ingenuity prevalent in South West Germany ensured that
businesses flourished, and continue to set international standards
today. Junghans is no exception in this regard. Founded by Erhard
Junghans in 1861, the company immediately set about writing clock
and industrial history. In 1903, Junghans was already the biggest
manufacturer of clocks in the world. By the time of their 100th
anniversary in 1961, 20,000 clocks and watches were being produced
and exported to 100 countries on a daily basis. It was never our aim
simply to produce watches, however. We wanted to shape time itself.
And we continue to do so, with undiminished enthusiasm.
