I ACTUALITÉS I NEWS I Le Village de l'Attractivité fait son retour à IFTM Top Resa 2023 Lancé en 2022, le Village de l'Attractivité revient au salon IFTM 2023, mettant en lumière l'emploi, la formation et l'attractivité du secteur touristique. The Attractiveness Village is back at IFTM Top Resa 2023 Following its launch at last year's show, the Attractiveness Village returns to IFTM Top Resa 2023, highlighting employment, training and the attractiveness of the tourism sector. UN ESPACE DÉDIÉ À L'EMPLOI ET À LA FORMATION Le salon offre une plateforme où entreprises, cabinets de recrutement et écoles se réunissent pour aider les visiteurs et étudiants à travers des ateliers et job datings. Ces sessions sont conçues pour aider les candidats dans leur recherche d'emploi et pour présenter les métiers du tourisme. DES ACTEURS DU TOURISME RÉUNIS Seront présents l'école de management IEFT, l'école de commerce spécialisée dans le tourisme ESCAET, l'Association des CFA des métiers du Tourisme, l'Association Tourisme & Handicaps, Femmes du tourisme, Formanova, OPCO, Page Personnel et Air France. Le Village est soutenu par l'association "On Commence Lundi". UN CYCLE DE CONFÉRENCES POUR TOUS LES PROFESSIONNELS Le Village de l'Attractivité propose également un programme de conférences dédié : Le mardi 3 octobre à 14:00, une conférence est dédiée aux recruteurs, traîtant de l'importance de la marque employeur. Le mercredi 4 octobre à 14:00, les candidats peuvent bénéficier de conseils pour se faire embaucher. Enfin, le jeudi 5 octobre, un job dating est organisé VILLAGE DE L'ATTRACTIVITÉ AN AREA DEDICATED TO EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING The show is offering a platform where companies, recruitment agencies and schools come together to help visitors and students through workshops and job datings. These sessions are designed to help candidates in their job search and to present professions in the tourism industry. TOURISM INDUSTRY PLAYERS IN ATTENDANCE The IEFT management school, the ESCAET business school - specialising in tourism, the Association des CFA des métiers du Tourisme, the Association Tourisme & Handicaps, Femmes du tourisme, Formanova, OPCO, Page Personnel and Air France will all be present.
