I ACTUALITÉS I NEWS I IFTM Top Resa 2023 : un tourbillon de nouveautés Pays à l'honneur, nouveaux pays exposants, création de village, refonte de certains espaces, nouvelles soirées : ce sera un véritable défi de pouvoir tout faire, tout voir, tout expérimenter durant les trois jours d'IFTM Top Resa 2023. IFTM Daily offre un petit résumé de ce qui est "tout nouveau, tout beau" cette année ! La Jordanie est le pays à l’honneur de la 45 e édition d’IFTM Top Resa. Les professionnels du tourisme pourront ainsi (re)découvrir les mille et un atouts de ce pays, rencontrer le ministre du Tourisme, Makram Al- Queisi, ou participer à de nombreuses animations. La destination Jordanie a le vent en poupe comme en témoigne la croissance du marché français en 2023 : +108% de visiteurs français LE START-UP CONTEST DE NOUVEAU PRÉSENT EN 2023 IFTM Top Resa se veut à la fois visionnaire et un incubateur de ceux qui construisent le tourisme de demain. Un rôle dévolu de nouveau cette année au Startup Contest, qui représente un tremplin pour de jeunes entreprises offrant des solutions innovantes et pratiques afin de servir à la fois les professionnels du tourisme et améliorer l'expérience des voyageurs. Le jury est ainsi composé d’experts de divers horizons : investisseurs, entrepreneurs, professionnels du secteur, presse spécialisée. Le public est quant à lui invité à venir assister à la finale mardi 3 octobre 2023 à 16h, salle Arena by Jordan Tourism Board. à fin juillet par rapport à la mème période l'année dernière ! Parmi les destinations de retour ou présentes pour la première fois, on relève l'Algérie, le Brésil, la Côte d'Ivoire, le Monténégro, le Sri Lanka, ou encore l'Inde. Cette dernière bénéficiera d'un nouveau stand, que lors de ses précédentes participations. La zone "Destination France" se réinvente avec des animantions. Autour d'un bar central, de nombreuses animations sont mises en place pour créer du lien entre visiteurs et exposants. Des dégustations de produits régionaux, ateliers interactifs et autres conférences animeront le lieu. L'AGENT DE VOYAGES ET LE MICE À L'HONNEUR L’édition 2023 se penche tout particulièrement sur l’accueil des agents de voyages, en augmentant le programme de leur prise en charge (transport en avion ou en train & hébergement). Clarté et convivialité sont les maîtres-mots de cet accueil. Ainsi, la communication et les visuels du salon ont été revus par secteur afin de faciliter l’accueil de tous les visiteurs. Les nouveautés et les innovations des exposants seront mises en avant via les “Quoi de neuf à vendre ?”, nouveau format de conférences au cours desquels les exposants présenteront leurs nouveautés aux agents de voyages grâce à des pitchs courts et pratiques. Le Lounge AGV by MSC Croisières offrira un lieu privilégié aux agents de voyages pour travailler entre deux rendez-vous ou "networker". Quant à la Travel Agents Cup, elle change de visage en adoptant un tout nouveau format qui met davantage à l'honneur l’expertise des agents de voyages. Un nouveau processus de sélection a été ainsi introduit cette année, avec une inscription via une vidéo de présentation de la "personnalité" de chacun, ainsi que de l'agence. L'une des plus importantes nouveautés de cette édition 2023 d'IFTM Top Resa est la création d'un véritable espace dédié aux MICE. Le nouveau Village souhaite valoriser au mieux les acteurs du MICE, en leur proposant un parcours expérientiel inédit mêlant le business, l’insolite et le ludique, ainsi que la présentation des entreprises et des destinations MICE. Enfin que serait IFTM Top Resa sans ses célèbres soirées ? Le salon annonce ainsi le retour de la soirée AFTM / IFTM, le mercredi 4 octobre, pour les acteurs du Business Travel. L’emblématique "Soirée After TO" change de lieu et de nom pour devenir la soirée "IFTM Tourmag Party", clôturant les trois jours de salon. I ACTUALITÉS I NEWS I © IFTM Top Resa mediathèque IFTM Top Resa 2023: a whirlwind of new features Country of Honor, new exhibiting destinations, new villages, revamped areas, new evening events: it will be a real challenge to do everything, see everything and experience everything during the three days of IFTM Top Resa 2023. IFTM Daily is offering a brief summary of what's new and exciting! Jordan is the country of honour at the 45 th edition of IFTM Top Resa. Tourism professionals will be able to (re)discover the country's thousand and one assets, meet the Minister of Tourism, Makram Al-Qaisi, and take part in a host of events. Jordan has its momentum, as shown by the growth in the French market: +108% at the end of July, more than doubling the figures of the same period last year. Among the destinations returning or present for the first time are Algeria, Brazil, Côte d'Ivoire, Montenegro, Sri Lanka and India. India will have an even bigger stand than in previous years. The "Destination France" zone is being reinvented with an experiential dimension. Around a central bar, a host of events will be organised to create links between visitors and exhibitors. Tastings of regional products, interactive workshops and other conferences will liven up the area. TRAVEL AGENTS AND MICE IN THE SPOTLIGHT The 2023 edition of IFTM Top Resa will be focusing in particular on welcoming travel agents by increasing the range of services available to them (air or rail travel and accommodation). Clarity and friendliness are the watchwords of this welcome. The show's communications and visuals have been reviewed by sector to make it easier to welcome all visitors. Exhibitors' new products and innovations will be showcased via the "Quoi de neuf à vendre?" conferences, a new format in which exhibitors will present their new products to travel agents in short, practical pitches. The AGV by MSC Croisières Lounge will be a special place for travel agents to work between meetings or network. As for the Travel Agents Cup, it will have a completely new format, putting an increased focus on the expertise of travel agents. A new selection process has been introduced this year, with entry via a "personality" presentation video, as well as the agency. One of the most important new features of this 2023 edition of IFTM Top Resa is the creation of a dedicated space for MICE. The aim of the new Village is to showcase all those involved in the MICE sector by off ering them a unique experience combining business, the unusual and the fun, as well as presenting MICE companies and destinations. And what would IFTM Top Resa be without its famous evening events? The show is announcing the return of the AFTM / IFTM evening, on Wednesday 4th October, for business travel professionals. The emblematic "Soirée After TO" is changing venues and name to become the "IFTM Tourmag Party" to round off the three days of the show. And the MisterFly night will take place on the first evening as usual THE START-UP CONTEST IS BACK AGAIN IN 2023 IFTM Top Resa aims to be both a visionary and an incubator for those who are building the tourism of tomorrow. This is the role once again played by the Start-up Contest, which provides a springboard for young companies offering innovative and practical solutions to serve tourism professionals and enhance the traveller experience. The jury is made up of experts from a variety of backgrounds, including investors, entrepreneurs, industry professionals and the specialist press.
