DAUGAVPILS UNIVERSITĀTES 53. STARPTAUTISKĀS ZINĀTNISKĀS KONFERENCES
TĒZES
ABSTRACTS OF
THE 53 rd INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE OF DAUGAVPILS UNIVERSITY
ievākti 2010. gada jūnijā, jūlijā, augustā un septembrī. Paraugi tika ievākti 4 vietās: Kraujā (10 km
augšpus Daugavpils), pie Daugavpils notekūdeľu ieplūdes, 1,5 km lejpus Daugavpils
notekūdeľiem, un pret Silupi (10 km lejpus notekūdeľu ieplūdes). Tika veikta zooplanktona
kvalitatīvā un kvantitatīvā sastāva analīze. Pētot zooplanktona daudzveidību upes posmā no
Kraujas līdz Silupei, tika konstatētas 3 zooplanktona organismu grupas: Rotatoria, Cladocera un
Copepoda. Kopumā tika konstatētas 35 zooplanktona sugas, no tām 20 Rotatoria sugas, 12
Cladocera sugas un 3 Copepoda sugas. Vislielākā zooplanktona sugu daudzveidība, 29 sugas, tika
konstatēta paraugu ievākšanas vietā 1,5 km lejpus Daugavpils notekūdeľiem. Izplatītākās sugas
bija Keratella cochlearis, Keratella quadrata, Euchlanis dilatata, Nauplii.
Keratella quadrata, Keratella cochlearis, Bosmina longirostris.
CHANGE OF ABSORPTION SPECTRUM OF PIGMENTS AND
FLUORESCENCE EMISSION SPECTRUM OF LEAVES HYDROCOTYLE
VULGARIS AT DIFFERENT SALT (NACL) CONCENTRATION.
Key words: Hydrocotyle vulgaris, pigments, fluorescence emission spectrum, chlorophyll, NaCl
The high concentration of salt ions can cause damage to cell membranes, inhibit the enzyme
activity, and lead to a breach of a number of important physiological processes including
photosynthesis. Absorption spectra of acetone extracts of pigments were measured after shortterm
effects of different concentrations of salt (NaCl) per Hydrocotyle vulgaris, which grew in a
climate camber in different variants. The concentration of chlorophyll A, B, and carotenoids in the
leaf of Hydrocotyle vulgaris was determined. Fluorescence of cells is an effective method which
allows for defining changes in a set of cell metabolites initially, directly in living cells even at
insignificant damage. During this work, emissive fluorescence spectra of Hydrocotyle vulgaris
leaves, that underwent influence of various salt (NaCl) concentrations, were also obtained.
Fluorescence intensity F 490, F 680, F 710 and F 740 was determined. Data was statistically
analyzed in ANNOVA.
