Water Fountains Community Management<br />
O PGCC (Projecto <strong>de</strong> Communitarian Gestão of Chafarizes) levou<br />
até Luanda, ao Município <strong>de</strong> Cazenga, um sistema inovador<br />
<strong>de</strong> gestão sustentável <strong>de</strong> chafarizes que permite às populações<br />
terem acesso mais facilitado à água potável. Na comunida<strong>de</strong> Tala-<br />
Hady foram constituídas associações <strong>de</strong> moradores e zeladores<br />
permitindo à população fazer a manutenção e gestão dos seus<br />
próprios chafarizes.<br />

The PGCC (Water Fountains Community Management Project)<br />
carried out in Luanda, (Cazenga town council), an innovative<br />
system of sustainable management of water fountains which allows<br />
the populations to have a facilitated access to drinking waters.<br />
In the Tala-Hady community, inhabitants and caretakers associations<br />
had been constituted allowing the population to make<br />
the maintenance and management of their own water fountains.<br />

No Brasil trabalhou como:<br />
- Repórter <strong>de</strong> imagem para o SBT (Sistema Brasileiro <strong>de</strong> Televisão)<br />
durante cinco anos.<br />
- Cameraman e realizador numa produtora <strong>de</strong> filmes <strong>de</strong> publicida<strong>de</strong>.<br />
Neni Glock was born in Curitiba, State of the Paraná, Brazil, in February<br />
of 1954. In Portugal actua as: - Producing and ccomplishing of sets of<br />
documents of author, all transmitted by the RTP2. - Professional Photographer<br />
has 20 years more than, collaborates in national and international<br />
magazines with news articles, editorials of <strong>de</strong>coration and pictures. - He<br />
carried through programs for RTP and TVI. - Accomplishing of ví<strong>de</strong>oclips<br />
and making of of advertising. To live in Portugal since the 1990 end. In<br />
Brazil he worked as: - Reporter of image for the SBT (Brazilian System of<br />
Television) during five years. - Cameraman and producer in a producer<br />
of advertising films.<br />
