Fundação Jardim Zoológico de
Brasília (FJZB) programou diversas
atividades visando promover educação
ambiental, conservação da
biodiversidade e o engajamento
entre os participantes.
Oficinas de Reflorestamento, de
desenhos e doações de mudas
de Ipê, árvore nativa do Cerrado,
foram algumas das atividades ofertadas
para alunos e grupos, com
idade entre 7 e 40 anos, que vieram
de várias escolas e entidades do
Distrito Federal.
Eles puderam conhecer alguns
objetos utilizados por deficientes
visuais, através da Exposição
de Tecnologias Assistidas, que
foi oferecida pelo Instituto
Blind Brasil. O responsável pela
exposição e também diretor do
Instituto, Charles Jatobá, mostrou
algumas calculadoras, telefones e
despertadores com sonoridade, o
Soroban (instrumento de cálculo),
smartphones, máquina de escrever
em Braille, dentre outros objetos.
Além disso, os participantes
aimed at promoting environmental
education, biodiversity conservation
and engagement among the
participants.
Some of the activities offered
were workshops about
Reforestation and drawing and
donations of seedlings of Ipê, a
tree native to the Cerrado, and
the target audience were students
and groups, aged between 7 and
40 years, who came from various
schools and entities of the Federal
District.
They were able to meet some
objects used by the visually
impaired through the Assisted
Technologies Exhibition, which
was offered by the Blind Brazil
Institute. The director of the
exhibition and also director of the
Institute, Charles Jatobá, showed
some calculators, telephones and
alarm clocks with sonority, the
Soroban (calculation instrument),
smartphones, typewriter in Braille,
among other objects.
