com Deficiência, celebrado no dia
21 de setembro. As atividades
lúdicas, que foram desenvolvidas
durante toda semana, envolveram
a fauna e a flora, com o objetivo
de estimular os sentidos e com isso
englobar vários tipos de deficiência
Os alunos tiveram a oportunidade
de conhecer os bastidores
do Serpentário e descobrir curiosidades
sobre as diferentes espécies
de serpentes, tartarugas e jabutis.
Eles também conheceram a galeria
África, onde ficam os hipopótamos,
elefantes e girafas, o recinto
das Aves e das Antas, a Casa de
Criação de Borboletas e os animais
taxidermizados (empalhados) do
Museu de Ciências Naturais.

National Day of Struggle for People
with Disabilities, celebrated on
September 21.
The ludic activities, which were
developed throughout the week,
involved the fauna and flora, with
the purpose of stimulating the senses
and thus encompassing various
types of disabilities.
Students had the opportunity to
know the backstage of the Reptiles’
House and discover curiosities
about the different species of
snakes, turtles and tortoises. They
also met the Africa Sector, home to
hippopotamuses, African elephants
and giraffes, the Bird Sector and
the enclosure of Brazilian tapirs,
the Butterfly Breeding House, and
the taxidermized (stuffed) animals
of the Natural Science Museum.
