O
do ano anterior. A alta procura é explicada, principalmente,
técnico, gestão humanizada e tecnologia própria no fornecimento
do solo.
do solo, por apresentarem maior solubilidade, reatividade e
menor umidade que os corretivos convencionais. Isto é, com
aproximadamente 110 mm (milímetros) de chuva, já temos
produto agindo no solo”, afirma.
ue to the agribusiness boom in Brazil, the
fertilizer market has grown exponentially over
the last three decades. The Sector ended 2020
with about 38.5 million tons sold, a growth of
more than 6%, compared to the previous year,
even during a moment of instability generated by the pandemic.
The Sector grew within and supported the already robust
agribusiness growth in Brazil, one of the strongest in the world.
The figures are impressive even during 2020, impacted by
the covid-19 pandemic. According to the Brazilian National
Fertilizer Association (Anda), fertilizer producers increased
deliveries to Brazilian agribusiness by 15.7% in the first half of
the year, compared to the same period in the previous year. The
increased demand is mainly explained by the growing interest of
rural producers in solutions capable of increasing productivity
in the field and, thus, the need for fertilizers.
For all these characteristics, it is not easy to differentiate oneself
in the very competitive Fertilizer Sector, especially in a sphere
where farmers are accustomed to a specific productive “routine”,
which often prevents major revolutions in day-to-day life.
Thus, Polli Fertilizantes Especiais is one of the biggest success
stories in the market by combining technical knowledge,
humanized management, and technology in providing innovative
solutions for soil fertility systems.
Luiz Osni Miranda, Polli CEO, explains that the Company’s
significant differential arose a few years ago when the Company
decided to create differentiated products that would overcome
the obstacles caused by conventional management related to
soil fertility. “Our mission is to take care of soil health, so we have
developed a whole line of organic products that provide benefits
(due to our NANO ATOM technology), such as the efficient
correction of soil acidity due to greater solubility and reactivity
present and at lower humilities than conventional correctives,
i.e., with approximately 110 mm of rain, the product already
begins to act on the soil,” he states.
The NANO ATOM, a technology patented by Polli Fertilizantes,
works through grinding, chemical attack, and technological
innovation, which consists of the production and insertion of
calcium and magnesium carbonates and calcium sulfate nanoparticles
into the raw material.
