passando pela montagem mecânica, elétrica, automação,
hidráulica, pneumática, vácuo e vapor, tudo foi
projetado e coordenado pela Metal Service, que forneceu
os melhores profissionais para garantir a operação
perfeita do sistema.
Para Tiago C. Burato, diretor da Metal Service, esse
projeto foi muito audacioso, mas os resultados obtidos
demonstram a dedicação e qualidade do trabalho
realizado. “O Turn Key nos trouxe muita maturidade,
temos uma equipe jovem, com vontade de aprender
e que realizou um grande trabalho”, comemora Tiago.
A Metal Service já iniciou os seus planos de expansão
da sede e para isso adquiriu um terreno ao lado da
empresa, para ampliar a área de expedição e possibilitando,
assim, um aumento de produção das máquinas.
Para Tiago, um desafio importante que a empresa tem
em relação aos próximos passos é a necessidade constante
de capacitação de funcionários para um melhor
desempenho das atividades. “Precisamos de pessoas
técnicas e altamente qualificadas em toda a cadeia
produtiva para atingir nossos objetivos”, aponta.
Tiago Burato é otimista quanto aos próximos passos
da empresa e projeta no mercado de papel grandes
possibilidades de crescimento. “O mercado é muito
seletivo e a qualidade da Metal Service faz toda diferença
no momento das escolhas”, garante Tiago, diretor
da empresa.
Valmor Burato celebra o grande trabalho realizado
por sua equipe e o status conquistado pela Metal
Service nesses 20 anos de atividade. “Nos tornamos
referência no mercado papeleiro no fornecimento de
soluções completas em equipamentos e engenharia
para o preparo de massa com base em matéria-prima
reciclável”, destaca Valmor Burato.

structure. Still, the result obtained demonstrates the dedication
and quality of the work done. “Turn Key has given
us maturity; we have a young team, willing to learn, and
they did a great job,” commemorates the Director.
Metal Service has already begun working on its expansion
plans to enlarge the factory installations, having acquired
the neighboring land to expand the shipping area
and enable an increase in machine production. However,
for the Director, a significant challenge that the Company
has concerning the next steps is the constant need for training
employees for carrying out their work activities. “We
need technical and highly qualified people throughout the
production chain to achieve our goals,” he says.
The Director is optimistic about the Company’s next
steps and sees excellent possibilities for the Metal Service
growth in the paper market. “The market is very selective,
and the quality of Metal Service makes a difference at the
time of choice,” he adds.
Company Founder Burato celebrates the excellent
work carried out by his team and the status achieved by
Metal Service in these 20 years of activity. “We have become
a reference in the paper market in the supply of
complete solutions in equipment and engineering for
paste preparation based on recyclable raw material,” he
emphasizes.
