COMO AVALIA A IMPORTÂNCIA DO RE-
TORNO DE FEIRAS PRESENCIAIS COMO A
FIMMA?
A ABIMÓVEL apoia todos os eventos que
são voltados para fomentar o negócio da indústria
moveleira. E a feira é uma ferramenta
fantástica para a promoção de vendas e de
relacionamentos. Tivemos o retorno das feiras
presenciais, como uma feira muito grande em
São Paulo (Yes Móvel Show), com uma visitação
fantástica. E na Fimma/MovelSul (Bento
Gonçalves-RS) também tivemos o início da feira
presencial, que surpreendeu positivamente a
todos, o que é muito bom para o setor. Então a
ABIMÓVEL apoia todas as feiras e vai continuar
apoiando. Esse ano vai ser marcado por muitas
feiras realizadas de forma presencial por todo
o país e temos certeza que vão ser muito boas,
pois o mercado está aquecido.
QUAIS AS EXPECTATIVAS DA ABIMÓVEL
PARA O SETOR MOVELEIRO EM 2022?
A expectativa nossa é que sim, tenhamos
um bom ano. Estamos em um momento em
que o mercado nacional deu uma retraída em
função de vários fatores. Mas temos vários fatores
positivos que vão dar condições para que
a economia realmente volte a subir e estamos
confiantes que vamos terminar o ano com números
positivos.

HOW DO YOU SEE THE IMPORTANCE
OF RETURNING TO IN-PERSON ATTEN-
DANCE FAIRS LIKE FIMMA?
Abimóvel supports all events aimed at
fostering the business of the furniture industry.
And the Fair is a fantastic tool for promoting
sales and business relationships. We had the
return of in-person fairs, as a considerable fair
in São Paulo (Yes Móvel Show), with a fantastic
crowd. And here at Fimma/MovelSul (Bento
Gonçalves-RS), we also had the beginning of
the Fair that positively surprised everyone,
which is very good for the Sector. So, Abimóvel
supports all fairs and continues to support
them. This year is marked by many fairs held
with in-person attendance throughout the
Country, and we are sure that they will be very
successful.
WHAT ARE ABIMÓVEL’S EXPECTA-
TIONS FOR THE FURNITURE SECTOR IN
2022?
We expect that, yes, we will have a good
year. However, we are at a time when the domestic
market has retracted due to several
factors. But we have several positive factors
that will make the economy return to previous
levels, and we are confident that we will end
the year with positive numbers.
