á 1 ano como presidente da CSMEM (Câmara Setorial
de Máquinas e Equipamentos para Madeira) na
Abimaq (Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Máquinas
e Equipamentos), Marcos Antônio Müller já
soma 27 anos de atuação em indústria de máquinas
e 11 anos na indústria moveleira. Com formação de oficial do Exército,
que contribuiu para o aprimoramento de competências importantes
como liderança, disciplina e trabalho em equipe, Müller
assumiu em 1995 a gerência industrial da Tecmatic que mais tarde
se tornou SCM Group Tecmatic, onde em 2010, passou a integrar
o quadro societário da empresa. Nesta entrevista, para a Revista
REFERÊNCIA INDUSTRIAL, ele destaca os benefícios da Abimaq
para os associados - atualmente são 35 associados na CSMEM - e
os desafios enfrentados pelo setor como a burocracia e a falta de
políticas públicas de incentivo à industrialização.

or one year as President of the Machinery and Equipment
for Timber Sector Chamber (Csmem) at the Brazilian Association
of Machinery and Equipment Industry (Abimaq),
Marcos Antônio Müller has already spent 27 years in the
machinery industry and 11 years in the furniture-making
industry. With the training of an Army officer, which contributed to the
improvement of important skills such as leadership, discipline, and
teamwork, in 1995, Müller took over the industrial management of
Tecmatic, which later became SCM Group Tecmatic, where in 2010, he
joined the Company’s corporate staff. In this interview with REFERÊN-
CIA Industrial, he highlights the benefits of Abimaq for its members
- currently with 35 members in Csmem - and the challenges faced by
the Sector, such as bureaucracy and the lack of public policies to encourage
industrialization.
