PIONEIRA EM TECNOLOGIA
A indústria foi pioneira na utilização do sistema de
queima de grelha fixa/móvel no Brasil, por meio da
tecnologia WVT vinda da Alemanha. Mas foi a partir de
2014, quando houve uma mudança societária na empresa
e Jonas Lippel se tornou CEO da Biocal Burntech, que
houve uma mudança de atuação, e a busca pela inovação
e o desenvolvimento de tecnologia para garantir melhor
desempenho do maquinário se tornou muito forte na
empresa. “O sistema de grelha não mudou, mas estamos
inovando no modelo geral do equipamento. O nosso
carro-chefe é a melhoria do conceito do equipamento,
para ele se tornar mais competitivo. Com isso, o cliente
vai ganhar em economia para o combustível”, salienta
Marcos Roberto.
A empresa agora também tem investido no desenvolvimento
de tecnologias e inovação nos processos de
automação industrial. “Uma boa automação faz uma
boa regulagem do equipamento e gera menos consumo
de combustível e menos consumo de energia. Estamos
investindo mais forte no desenvolvimento de tecnologia
para esta área de automação”, afirma Marcos Roberto.
Burntech boilers are suitable for up to 100 tons of
steam, a big differential in serving industrial operations.
“While our competitors make boilers for 15, 20 tons
of steam, we make them for 100 tons. Unquestionably,
this capability is a differential. But we value technology
and the constant search for innovation, and this is our
main differential. We seek the change of the equipment
concept with its engineering team focused on
developing improvements in machinery to ensure more
efficiency and better performance,” guarantees Marcos
Roberto Doering, Director of Sales for Biocal Burntech.
A TECHNOLOGY PIONEER
The Company was a pioneer in the use of fixed/mobile
grid burning systems in Brazil using WVT technology
from Germany. But starting in 2014, when there was
a corporate change in the Company, and Jonas Lippel
became Chief Executive of Biocal Burntech, there was
a change in operations, and the search for innovation
and technology development to ensure better performance
of the machinery became very important within
