ABSTR ACT
T his study investigates economical, political and social relations
between Azerbaijan and Turkey. Research includes
economic improvements period between 1990-2005 years. This
study researches development of the Azerbaijan Republic’s economical
datas and the main economical relations with Turkey Republic.
Azerbaijan was one of the Republic of the former Soviet
Union. After 1990 Azerbaijan announced itself as an independent
state. This happened in the collapse process of the Union
Soviet Socialist Republics. As a newly independent State, Azerbaijan
had an economical relations with Turkey in a very huge
capacity. Today this relations are still continue. We could define
these relations in the education, tourism, trading and construction
areas. There’re so much Turkish originated companies in
all fields in Azerbaijan Republic. It’s also well known to us all,
that’s there’re createn a new Union by the name of “Newly Independent
States”(NIS) after the collapse process of the USSR.
Azerbaijan is a member of this Union and Russian Federation
is the leading country in this Union. This gives an advantage to
Turkey, as Azerbaijan is the easy way for Turkey products for
reach to the NIS countries. Also Turkey is the door to Europe
for Azerbaijan. This study also investigates the political relations
between Azerbaijan and Turkey. As we know these two countries
