beklenen alanlar
Katılımcıların yüzde 72’si salgın sonrası kişisel bakıma
para harcamaya sıcak baktıklarını belirtirken harcama
limitleri uygulamaya göre değişiklik gösteriyor. Sonuçlar
değerlendirildiğinde; en çok harcama beklenen alanlar medikal
estetik uygulamaları, zayıflama ve cilt bakımı.
Klinik hijyeni önemli bir tercih kriteri
Covid-19 sonrası tüketicilerin tercih edeceği kliniklerinden
beklentileri de değişti. Tüketicilerin yüzde 70’inden fazlası
klinik tercihinde alınan hijyen önlemlerini birinci kriter olarak
belirliyor. Katılımcıların yüzde 25’e yakını indirim imkanlarını,
yüzde 12’si ise bekleme süresinin az olmasını dikkate alıyor.
In terms of timing, nearly 60 percent of the respondents say they
would consider a procedure within one week up to six months.
On the other hand, 33 percent would rather wait six months
up to a year, and 9 percent more than a year. 72 percent of the
respondents indicate that they would spend money on personal
care treatments after the pandemic, 13 percent say they would
not, with 15 percent stating that they are undecided. The beauty
and care treatments that the respondents would prioritize after
the Covid-19 pandemic include easy-to-apply procedures such
as hair, nail, and skin care.

Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, salgın riskine karşı tüketiciler
hekimlerinin yönlendirmelerini dikkate alıyor. Katılımcıların
yüzde 57’si işlemlerin salgın için risk teşkil etmediğini konusunda
hekiminin görüşüne itimat ediyor. İçinde bulunduğumuz bu
dönemde ön görüşmeyi online olarak yapmak da katılımcılar
tarafından önemli bir kriter olarak kabul ediliyor. Sonuçlara
göre; katılımcıların yüzde 45’i ön görüşmeyi kliniğe gitmeden
online ortamda yaptırmaya sıcak bakıyor.

According to the survey, 72 percent of the respondents say that
they would spend money on personal care once the pandemic is
over while spending limits vary according to the treatment. The
results indicate that medical aesthetics, slimming and skin care
procedures are the areas where the highest spending is expected.
Hygiene of the clinics is an important criterion
With the Covid-19 pandemic, consumers’ expectations from
the clinics are also changing. For more than 70 percent of the
consumers, hygiene measures implemented in the clinics will be
the top criterion. Nearly 25 percent of the respondents indicate
that they also take into account offers and discounts while 12
percent consider short waiting periods as an important factor.
Consumers refer to physicians for guidance about the risks
of the pandemic
According to the survey results, consumers refer to their
physicians for guidance about the risks of the pandemic. 57
percent of the respondents rely on the opinion of their physicians
on whether the beauty and care procedures pose a risk for the
virus or not. The respondents also regard conducting an online
interview for a preliminary assessment during this period as an
important criterion. The survey results indicate that 45 percent
of the respondents favor an online interview without having to
go to the clinic.
