Acquaintance meeting was held in Women Entrepreneurs
Development Acceleration Program in cooperation with
the world-famous beauty brand Sephora and Women
Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (KAGIDER)
In collaboration with KAGIDER, defying the usual beauty
patterns by focusing on uncovering the inner strength of women
with the motto of ‘Beauty without borders’ Sephora Turkey
initiated the Women Entrepreneurs Development Acceleration
Program in the cosmetics and beauty sector in order to set out
with the aim of empowering women in entrepreneurship and
social life and ensuring gender equality in all areas of life.
By touching and supporting the life of women entrepreneurs
with the focus of initiative and self-confidence, 5 women
entrepreneurs to be selected by the jury formed by Sephora and
KAGIDER in the program that focuses on taking an active role
in business life, by complying with global and local supplier
principles of Sephora, they will be able to get sales opportunities
on sephora.com.tr with the publicity and promotion support.
In this context, a digital pre-meeting meeting was held with 31
women entrepreneurs selected after hundreds of applications.
Moderated by Berrin Kuleli, Member of the Board of KAGIDER,
acquaintance meeting, which was held in ownership of Sephora
Turkey and KAGIDER, began with talk of Ayça Kaya, Sephora
Turkey Marketing Director and Emine Erdem, KAGIDER
President
Each woman entrepreneur was given detailed information
about the program at the introductory meeting held for the
3-day training planned in the coming months. 31 women
entrepreneurs selected during the introductory meeting had
the opportunity to share their stories and tell their expectations
from the program.
Dünyaca ünlü güzellik markası Sephora, Türkiye Kadın
Girişimciler Derneği (KAGİDER) iş birliği kapsamında
hayata geçen Kadın Girişimcileri Geliştirme Hızlandırma
Programı’nda tanışma toplantısı yapıldı.
“Güzelliğin Sınır Tanımayan Gücü” sloganıyla alışılmış güzellik
kalıplarına meydan okuyarak kadınların içlerindeki gücü ortaya
çıkarmaya odaklanan Sephora Türkiye, kadınların girişimcilikte
ve sosyal hayatta güçlenmesi, hayatın her alanında toplumsal
cinsiyet eşitliğinin sağlanması hedefiyle yola çıkan KAGİDER
ile el ele vererek kozmetik ve güzellik sektöründe Kadın
Girişimcileri Geliştirme Hızlandırma Programı’nı başlattı.
Kadın girişimcilerin, girişim ve öz güven odağında hayatına
dokunarak ve destekleyerek, iş hayatında aktif rol almalarına
odaklanan programda Sephora ve KAGİDER’in oluşturacağı
jüri tarafından seçilecek 5 kadın girişimci, Sephora’nın global
ve yerel tedarikçi ilkelerini yerine getirmesi şartı ile tanıtım
ve promosyon desteği ile sephora.com.tr’de satış imkanı elde
edebilecektir.
Bu kapsamda, yapılan yüzlerce başvurunun ardından seçilen 31
kadın girişimci ile dijital ortamda ön tanışma toplantısı yapıldı.
Sephora Türkiye ve KAGİDER’in ev sahipliğinde gerçekleşen
tanışma toplantısı, KAGİDER Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Berrin
Kuleli moderatörlüğünde Sephora Türkiye Pazarlama Direktörü
Ayça Kaya ve KAGİDER Başkanı Emine Erdem’in söyleyişisiyle
başladı.
Önümüzdeki aylarda planlanan 3 günlük eğitim öncesi için
düzenlenen tanışma toplantısında her kadın girişimciye,
program hakkında detaylı bilgi aktarıldı.
Tanışma toplantısı sırasında seçilen 31 kadın girişimci kendi
hikayelerini paylaşma ve programdan beklentilerini anlatma
imkanı buldu.
