New job for 300 young people at Nobel İlaç
Nobel İlaç’ta 300 gence yeni görev
Tüm eğitimleri en iyi şekilde başarı ile
tamamlayan 300 genç, Nobel İlaç’ın yeni tıbbi
mümessilleri olarak coşku ile şirketin saha
kadrosundaki yerini aldı.

300 young people, who successfully completed all
the trainings in the best way, took their place in
the field staff of the company with enthusiasm as
the new medical representatives of Nobel İlaç.
Completing its preparations in line with new employment
opportunities, Nobel İlaç included 467 candidates in the
New Medical Representative Training, which started on
August 31, after an intensive interview and evaluation
process. During the intensive six-week training program,
basic medical, promotional and product trainings were
given to the candidates.
Oğuz Akandil, General Manager of Nobel İlaç said, “On
the eve of the 100th anniversary of our Republic and the
58th anniversary of our establishment, our greatest effort
as Nobel İlaç is to offer accessible and reliable products
for human health to every corner of the world. One of
the indispensable forces of access to our products in our
treatment areas is our medical representatives in the field.
In this direction, we decided to grow in our existing staff,
created new staff, made our investments and provided
new employment opportunities for our young people. The
participation of our 300 new, bright friends is very valuable
not only for Nobel İlaç, but also for our industry, our youth
and the future of our country. As Nobel Pharmaceuticals,
we will continue to contribute to the health of communities
by keeping our patients in focus at all times!”
Yeni istihdam imkânları doğrultusunda hazırlıklarını
tamamlayan Nobel İlaç, yoğun bir mülakat ve
değerlendirme sürecinin ardından 467 adayı 31 Ağustos
tarihinde başlayan Yeni Tıbbi Mümessil Eğitimi’ne dahil
etti. Yoğun geçen altı haftalık eğitim programında adaylara
temel medikal, tanıtım ve ürün eğitimleri verildi.
Nobel İlaç Genel Müdürü Oğuz Akandil konuyla ilgili;
“Cumhuriyetimizin 100. yılının arifesinde ve kuruluşumuzun
58. yılında Nobel İlaç olarak en büyük çabamız; insan sağlığı
için dünyanın her köşesine erişilebilir ve güvenilir ürünler
sunmak. Tedavi alanlarımızda ürünlerimize erişimin
vazgeçilmez güçlerinden biri sahadaki tıbbi mümessil
arkadaşlarımızdır. Bu doğrultuda mevcut kadrolarımızda
büyüme kararı alarak yeni kadrolar oluşturduk,
yatırımlarımızı yaptık ve gençlerimiz için yeni istihdam
olanakları sağladık. 300 yeni, pırıl pırıl arkadaşımızın
aramıza katılması, sadece Nobel İlaç için değil hem
sektörümüz hem gençlerimiz hem de ülkemizin geleceği
için çok değerli. Nobel İlaç olarak, hastalarımızı her zaman
odakta tutmaya devam ederek, toplumların sağlığına
katkıda bulunmaya devam edeceğiz!” dedi.
