and digital transformations. It has also been clearly seen
that the Pandemic has accelerated digitalization and
automation in the business world. The business world had
to act agile and quickly use all the possibilities of digital
technology in order to maintain its continuity. Despite this,
a serious skills gap has begun to emerge in all countries.
And this skills gap has become the megatrend that also
impacts the growth potential of companies and economies.
Therefore, in addition to the basic vocational education
received, the necessity of on-the-job and lifelong learning
and increasing technological competencies has taken an
important place in the agenda of business life. Such trends
in the business world also affect women workers quite a
lot. We are a company that has managed to increase the
ratio of managers and higher female managers to 50%.
And we are proud to adopt pioneering in this regard as a
social responsibility. We are very happy to lead these and
similar projects that contribute to the increase in female
employment and the ratio of female managers in our
country and in the pharmaceutical industry. We would
like to thank the Association of Women in Technology for
their cooperation. We wish the participants of the trainings
success in their careers.”
Zehra Öney, Founding Chairman of the Woman in
Technology Association, said, “The pandemic period has
shown the whole world that people who produce and
pioneer in the field of health have a high importance.
Turkey also has a great potential in this field. As a country
and sector, we believe that women in Turkey will become
a great power in robotic processes and R&D activities by
specializing in technology in the field of health. In the field
of cybersecurity, the Data Breach Investigations Report
2021, published by Verizon every year, clearly reveals the
increase in data breaches. And it reveals that the most
significant increase in data breaches compared to 2019
is in the healthcare field. Considering the cyber security
challenges frequently encountered by the sector, where a
very serious increase of 71% is experienced, the strength
of companies in technical issues such as cyber security and
robotic processes will significantly affect our country’s
health tourism and health exports in terms of economy. In
addition, women empowered in technology will add a very
important economic power to the country’s Gross Domestic
Product. For this reason, we, as the Women in Technology
Association, set out to train women who are experts in
health and technology, under the leadership of a strong
health institution such as Santa Farma Pharmaceuticals.
After a very successful education period, we gave our
first graduates. We believe that our graduates will be role
models and influential in this field. We wish to continue
our work with the same enthusiasm and strength. As the
Woman in Technology Association, we will continue our
work in line with these principles and this important project
led by Santa Farma Pharmaceuticals with determination,
enthusiasm and strength. We congratulate the 100 women
who graduated and hope that the investments to be made
in human resources in this field will increase.”

trend haline gelmiştir. Dolayısı ile alınan temel mesleki
eğitimin yanında, iş başında ve yaşam boyu öğrenme ve
teknolojik yetkinlikleri arttırma gerekliliği, iş hayatının
gündeminde önemli bir yere oturmuştur. İş dünyasındaki
bu gibi eğilimler kadın çalışanları da oldukça fazla
etkilemektedir. Kendi bünyemizde müdür ve üstü kadın
yönetici oranını %50‘ye çıkarmayı başarmış bir şirketiz. Ve
bu konuda öncülük yapmayı toplumsal sorumluluk olarak
benimsemekten gurur duymaktayız. Ülkemizde ve ilaç
sektöründe kadın istihdamının ve kadın yönetici oranının
yükselmesine katkıda bulunan bu ve benzeri projelere
liderlik etmekten büyük mutluluk duyuyoruz. Teknolojide
Kadın Derneği’ne iş birlikleri için teşekkür ederiz.

Zehra Öney, “Pandemi dönemi, sağlık alanında üreten ve
öncü insanların yüksek bir öneme sahip olduğunu tüm
dünyaya göstermiş oldu. Türkiye de bu alanda çok büyük
bir potansiyele sahip. Türkiye’de sağlık alanında özellikle
kadınların teknolojide uzmanlaşarak robotik süreçlerde ve
ar-ge faaliyetlerinde çok büyük bir güç oluşturacağına ülke
ve sektör olarak inanıyoruz. Siber güvenlik alanında her yıl
Verizon tarafından yayımlanan Data Breach Investigations
Report 2021’de veri ihlali konusunda yaşanan artışı net
şekilde ortaya koyuyor. Ve 2019’a kıyasla veri ihlallerindeki
en önemli artışın sağlık alanında yaşandığını ortaya
koyuyor. %71’lik çok ciddi bir artışın yaşandığı sektörün
sıkça karşılaştığı siber güvenlik zorluklarını düşünürsek
şirketlerin siber güvenlik, robotik süreçler gibi teknik
konularda güçlü olması ekonomik açıdan ülkemizin sağlık
turizmini ve sağlık ihracatını önemli ölçüde etkileyecektir.
Ayrıca teknolojide güçlenen kadınlar ülkenin Gayri Safi
Yurtiçi Hasılasına çok önemli bir ekonomik güç katacaktır.
Bu nedenle Santa Farma İlaç gibi güçlü bir sağlık
kuruluşunun liderliğinde Teknolojide Kadın Derneği olarak
sağlıkta ve teknolojide uzman kadınlar yetiştirmek üzere
yola çıktık. Çok başarılı bir eğitim döneminden sonra da ilk
mezunlarımızı verdik. Mezunlarımızın bu alanda rol model
ve etkili olacaklarına inancımız sonsuz. Çalışmalarımızı
aynı heyecanla ve aynı güçle devam ettirmeyi arzu ediyoruz.
Teknolojide Kadın Derneği olarak bu ilkeler doğrultusunda
çalışmalarımızı ve Santa Farma İlaç’ın öncüsü olduğu bu
önemli projeyi azimle, heyecanla ve güçle sürdüreceğiz.
Mezun olan 100 kadını tebrik ediyor, bu alanda insan
kaynağına yapılacak olan yatırımların artmasını temenni
ediyoruz” dedi.
