ABSTRACTWith the gradual improvement of the status of victims in judicial practice,the related theories come into people’s vision. Victim Commitment,Self-responsibility and Victim Fault are hot topics of academic discussion,which are closely related to the victim and crime factors. When crimeconstitutes a system of two classes, the Victim Commitment andSelf-responsibility theory are factors that influence the illegality, and VictimFault is the one that affects responsibility.
