Concert participants: Iveta Apkalna is one of Europe’s
most active and sought-after solo organists. A brilliant
concert presence, perfect virtuosity and an impeccable
sense of style come together in her playing. Iveta’s
characteristic effervescent enthusiasm, very serious
attitude to work, careful attention to detail and ability
to create comprehensive interpretations allow her to
majestically command her instrument, which tends
to be called the pinnacle of creation among musical
instruments.
