Detaljer. På anførte tidspunkt idriftsættes det frivillige skibsrapporteringssystem<br />

SOUNDREP i Sundet mellem Danmark og Sverige. SOUNDREP vil fysisk blive placeret<br />

i Malmö.<br />

SOUNDREP har til formål at forbedre sejladssikkerhed og havmiljø, og alle fartøjer<br />

over 300 BT, der besejler SOUNDREPs operationelle område, opfordres til at deltage.<br />

SOUNDREPs operationelle område dækker Sundet (eksklusiv Køge Bugt) mellem<br />

breddegrad 55I 46J N og 55I 27J N, og fartøjer vil blive moniteret både af radar og via<br />

deres AIS-transmissioner.<br />

SOUNDREP vil underrette skibsfarten i området om blandt andet skibstrafikken og særlige<br />

aktiviteter relevant for denne, sejladshindringer, svigt af foranstaltninger til vejledning<br />

for sejladsen, ekstraordinære meteorologiske forhold, strøm og tidevand, isforhold<br />

og andre forhold af betydning for sejladssikkerheden.<br />

Time. 15 August 2007.<br />

Details. At the time stated the voluntary ship reporting system SOUNDREP will be initiated<br />

in the Sound between Denmark and Sweden. SOUNDREP will be sited in Malmö,<br />

Sweden.<br />

SOUNDREP aims to improve the safety of navigation and the maritime environment,<br />

and all ships of 300 gross tonnage and above are encouraged to participate.<br />

The operational area of SOUNDREP covers the Sound (excluding Køge Bugt) between<br />

latitude 55I 46J N and 55I 27J N and ships sailing in the operational area are monitored<br />

by both radar and by received broadcast of their AIS.<br />

SOUNDREP will broadcast relevant information on vessels and activities of special<br />

relevance, obstacles to traffic in fairways, warnings on failure of important aids to navigation,<br />

extraordinary meteorological conditions, current and water level, ice conditions<br />

and other factors that may influence the safety of vessel traffic.<br />
