Notes:
• If, after the setting of the switch-off time, SET ERR is displayed, the input of the time is not logical (switch-on
time same as switch-off time). After a few seconds you can enter switch-off time again.
• If you do not press any buttons for 10 seconds, the settings of the alarm time are cancelled.
• The settings are not deleted if you unplug the device or switch it off using the power switch (32). You then
have to activate the alarm function again with the TIMER button (59).
Automatic switch-off
• The device has an automatic switch-off function. You can set a switch-off time of 120 to 5 minutes.
• During operation, press the SLEEP button (61) repeatedly in order to decrease the switch-off time (120, 90,
60, 45, 30, 15, 5). This is the remaining time until switch-off.
• After a few seconds, the previous display appears and SLEEP is shown again.
Notes:
• You can switch off the device with the STAND-BY button (40) before the switch-off time begins.
• If you use the automatic switch-off function in CD mode, it is possible that the CD plays before the automatic
switch-off. For example, if you have set a switch-off time of 90 minutes but the CD has only played for 45
minutes, the CD will be played to the end before the switch-off time.
