Likra Linz with its three production
site is the core company of the
LIKRAGROUP
LIKRA was founded in Linz in 1959 and produces
115,000 tons of compound feed annually
at its three production sites (in Linz,
Marchtrenk and Ingolstadt). These compound
feeds contain large amounts of mineral
feed and premixes and they are made for
all kinds of farm animals, fi shes and pets.
Over 300 selected raw materials are blended
in process-controlled plants and refi ned for
top-quality. LIKRA considers itself to be a
part of the food production chain. The maintenance
of safety standards is a crucial prerequisite
for quality. Exports are an important
business sector for LIKRA. The company started
exporting to Slovenia in 1991 and has
recently expanded its export business to Slovakia,
Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Macedonia,
the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria,
the Ukraine, Lithuania, Russia and for
special products to Turkey, the Middle East
and Poland. Approx. 20 partners in Eastern
and Southeast Europe support LIKRA. Competence
in fi nding successful solutions for
problems, and fl exibility in proposal preparation
were key elements for the increase of
the company’s current 30% export rate. In
2009 LIKRA celebrated the company’s 50th
anniversary. ❚

Die Likra Linz ist Kern der
LIKRAGROUP mit insgesamt
drei Produktionsstandorten
Gegründet 1959 produziert die LIKRA an
drei Standorten (Linz, Marchtrenk und Ingolstadt)
jährlich ca. 115.000 Tonnen Mischfutter
für alle landwirtschaftlichen Nutztierarten,
Fische und Heimtiere mit einem
hohen Anteil an Mineralfutter und Prämixen.
Über 300 auswählte Rohstoffe werden
in prozessgesteuerten Anlagen gemischt und
zu Spitzenqualität veredelt. LIKRA sieht sich
als Teil der Kette in der Lebensmittelproduktion.
Bei der Erzeugung von Lebensmitteln
ist die Wahrung der Sicherheit die entscheidende
Vorgabe für die Qualität.
Eine wichtige Säule ist der Export. Beginnend
1991 mit Slowenien liefert LIKRA mittlerweile
in die Slowakei, nach Kroatien, Bosnien,
Serbien, Mazedonien, Tschechien, Ungarn,
Rumänien, Bulgarien, Ukraine, Litauen, Russland
sowie Spezialitäten in die Türkei, Naher
Osten und Polen. Ca. 20 Partner in Ost- und
Südosteuropa unterstützen LIKRA. Er folg reiche
Problemlösungskompetenz und hohe
Flexibilität in der Angeboterstellung ließen
den Exportanteil mittlerweile auf 30 % an
der Wertschöpfung ansteigen.
2009 feierte die LIKRA das 50jährige Firmenjubiläum.
