SICHERuNGSARMATuREN. VON SCHELL./SAFETY VALVES. BY SCHELL. Bauformen der SCHELL Sicherungsarmaturen nach DIN EN 1717. SCHELL safety fittings designed according to DIN EN 1717. Sicherungsarmaturen können Einzelarmaturen oder Bestandteil einer Entnahmearmatur sein. Für bestimmte Anwendungen ist auch eine Kombination verschiedener Bauteilgruppen (Rückflussverhinderer plus Rohrbelüfter) oder der Einsatz in doppelter Form (Doppel- Rückflussverhinderer) vorgeschrieben. Die Sicherungsarmaturen sind in der DIN EN 1717 nach Gruppen (erster Buchstabe) und Typen (zweiter Buchstabe) eingeteilt. Beispiel Rückflussverhinderer »EB«. Diese Bauform wurde vom DVGW speziell für Schlupfbrausen an Küchenarmaturen vorgeschrieben. • Montagehinweise: Fließrichtung beachten • Absicherung nach EN 1717: Kategorie 2/3 (häuslicher Bereich) Double backflow preventer ED • Function: Two backflow preventers EB are installed in one casing. So wird ein Rückdrücken und gleichzeitig eine unterdruckbildung im Rohrsystem verhindert. Die Sicherungskombination kann als Einzelarmatur, integriert in eine Entnahmearmatur oder als Wandeinbaukombination installiert werden. • Montagehinweise: Höhe über Betriebswasserspiegel 250 mm (DIN 1988, Teil 4: 150 mm) • Absicherung nach EN 1717: Kategorie 2/3 (häuslicher Bereich) Combination BP and PA • Function: A design C pipe aerator is installed in flow direction downstream from a backflow preventer. This prevents backpressure and simultaneously stops negative pressure building up in the pipe system.
