Tickets can be sent by mail after receipt of payment by bank transfer or credit
card. If full payment has not arrived within 14 days, orders will be cancelled and
made available for resale. Later claims cannot be considered.

Discounts
A general discount of € 5.- for tickets in all categories will be given to students,
visitors with disabilities, compulsory military and social servants, and Heidelberg
Pass holders. HeidelbergCard holders receive a discount of 20% off all regular
ticket prices. Proof of entitlement is required. Only one discount will be given
per purchase.
Group discounts
5% per person for groups of 10 or more
10% per person for groups of 20 or more
20% per person for groups of 40 or more
Tom Sawyer:
6.50 € per person for child and youth groups of 10 or more, one accompanying
adult free.

Box office at the entrance
Tickets are available at the entrance to each performance 60 min before all Castle Festival
productions. Please understand that we can only accept cash payments here.
Refunds
Tickets that have already been purchased cannot be refunded. This also applies
in the case of cast changes. Refunds are only possible in the event of the cancellation
of a performance due to bad weather conditions.
Cancellation / interruption due to weather
All Castle Festival performances are held outdoors. The management reserves the
right to delay, interrupt or cancel performances due to bad weather conditions.
Decisions regarding delays and cancellations will be announced immediately before
any given performance. Information cannot be obtained in advance.
If a production is cancelled within 30 min after starting, tickets will be refunded
in full upon presentation of the original ticket at the entrance or within 8 days
by HeidelbergTicket, Theaterstrasse 4, 69117 Heidelberg. Tickets purchased elsewhere
can be refunded within 8 days only at the place of purchase.
According to standard practice, tickets cannot be refunded for performances
cancelled later than 30 min after starting. In the event of bad weather, Castle
Concerts will move to the King’s Hall, immediately adjoining the Castle Courtyard.
Note: For concerts moved to the King’s Hall due to bad weather, only cat.
I-III ticket holders can be admitted. Cat. IV tickets cannot be accomodated in the
King‘s Hall will be refunded.
