Auf Grund des internationalen Charakters der Tagung ist es erforderlich, die Präsentationsdaten der
Folien in Englisch anzufertigen. Der mündliche Vortrag kann wahlweise in Deutsch oder in Englisch
gehalten werden, außer bei den Sitzungen die mit „Session in English“ gekennzeichnet sind.
This year’s congress has an international character.Therefore, we would like to ask you to prepare your
slides in English although your oral presentaion may be held in German - if not indicated else. English
spoken sesssions are well marked in the programme.

Projection equipments in the meeting rooms
Alle Vortragsräume sind standardgemäß mit einem Notebook und einem Datenprojektor (Beamer)
ausgestattet. Um die beste Qualität der Präsentationen und einen störungsfreien Ablauf der Sitzungen
zu gewährleisten, wird ein netzwerkgestütztes Präsentationssystem verwendet.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Anschluss eigener Notebooks sowie das Aufspielen von Daten direkt in den
Vortragsräumen nicht möglich sind.
Als Präsentationsmedium sind folgende Dateiformate zugelassen: Microsoft PowerPoint-Format .pptx
und .ppt.
Das Seitenformat sollte auf „Bildschirmpräsentation 4:3“, mit einer Bildqualität von mindestens
1024 x 768 px eingestellt sein. Enthaltene Videos müssen separat hochgeladen bzw. in die
Medienannahme eingereicht werden. Es werden alle gängigen Videoformate unterstützt. Es sind
ausschließlich MS Office Standardschriftarten zu verwenden. Eigene Sonderschriftarten können nicht
eingebettet werden.
Overhead- und Diaprojektionen können leider nicht unterstützt werden.
All presentation files of oral presentations and lectures will be stored on the central server before and
during the congress. The speakers have access to their presentations for the respective session from a
personal computer at the speaker’s desk.
In order to guarantee a smooth flow within the sessions, all speakers are asked to hand in solely files
in English in Microsoft Power-Point format version XP. Mac presentations might create conversion
problems that the service staff at the media check would try to solve.
The files should be saved under the name of the speaker and the lecture number, possibly under
the date and time of the presentation but not under general names such as the congress’ name.
Following data storage media are suitable to copy your presentation into the information system:
- MS-Windows CD-ROM compatible (ISO 9660) or DVD-ROM
- USB stick (as a precaution bring the driver with you)
Graphic data should be embedded into the presentation, and video and audio data (*.avi format with
DIVX (as of version 7) or uncompressed) must be linked with the presentation and should be added
separately. Please apply exclusively Windows-compatible fonts.

Richtlinien für Poster | Guidelines for Posters
1. Die maximale Postergröße beträgt DIN A0 (H x B) 118,90 cm x 84,10 cm.
Befestigungsmaterial wird am Poster Help Desk vor Ort zur Verfügung gestellt.
2. Die Poster sind während der gesamten Tagung zur Besichtigung ausgestellt.
Alle Poster müssen am Montag, 27.05.2013, bis 11:00, angebracht sein
und bleiben bis Mittwoch, 29.05.2013, 13:00, ausgestellt.
3. Die Posterautoren müssen zu folgenden Zeiten in der Posterausstellung
für Fragen und Diskussion anwesend sein:
Posterbegehung am Montag, 27.05.2013, 16:00-17:00
Posterbegehung am Dienstag, 28.05.2013, 16:00-17:00
Jeder Posterautor erhält die Möglichkeit sein Poster vorzustellen (2 Minuten). Bei dieser
Posterbegehung ist die persönliche Anwesenheit der Posterautoren obligatorisch.
4. Nicht gehängte Poster werden notiert und an den Vorstand der DGNC übermittelt.
5. Um dem internationalen Charakter der Tagung Rechnung zu tragen und
allen Teilnehmern die Möglichkeit eines optimalen Verständnisses zu geben,
muss die Anfertigung der Poster in englischer Sprache erfolgen.
6. Poster, die bis Mittwoch, den 29.05.2013, 15:00, nicht abgenommen wurden, werden entsorgt.
Sollte ein rechtzeitiges Anbringen des Posters nicht möglich sein, so sollte der verantwortliche
Autor des Posters eine(n) Kollegin(en) seiner Klinik bitten, das Poster anzubringen.
1. The maximum poster size is (H x W) 118.90 cm x 84.10 cm (DIN A0). Appropriate
adhesive material will be available at the poster help desk on site.
2. The posters will be exhibited during the whole congress. All posters must be mounted by
Monday, May 27, 2013, 11 a.m. and left there until Wednesday, May 29, 2013, 3 p.m.
3. All authors are requested to attend their posters for questions and discussion
as follows: Poster discussion on Monday, May 27, 2013, 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Poster discussion on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Each poster author will be given the opportunity to present his poster (2 minutes).
During this poster discussion, personal attendance of the posters author is mandatory.
4. The Executive Board of the DGNC will be notified in case authors do not
mount their poster as confirmed by the Programme Committee.
5. In order to maintain the international character of the congress and to enable all delegates
to present their work in an optimal manner, all posters must be prepared in English.
6. Posters that have not been removed by Wednesday, May 29, 2013, 3 p.m., will be disposed of.
Should it not be possible for you to hang up your poster, please ask one of your colleagues to do it for
you.
