<strong>CA</strong> immo errichtet die neue Deutschlandzentrale des mercedes-Benz Vertriebs<br />
(mBVD) in Berlin friedrichshain. Der Grundstein wurde im November<br />
2011 gelegt, mietbeginn ist ab mitte 2013, zunächst für zehn Jahre. Damit bündelt<br />
der mBVD die bisherigen Berliner Standorte in einer neu zu errichtenden<br />
immobilie, die durch <strong>CA</strong> immo gemäß den Anforderungen des mBVD geplant<br />
und gebaut wird. <strong>CA</strong> immo tritt bei dem Projekt sowohl als Bauherr wie auch<br />
investor auf.<br />
Das Gebäude entsteht auf einer fläche von insgesamt rund 4.100 m² mit einer<br />
mietfläche von ca. 26.000 m² in direkter Nachbarschaft der o 2 -World und ist in<br />
einer Kammstruktur mit einem hochpunkt angelegt. mit einem mercedes-Benz<br />
Showroom und einem Bistro wird sich das Quartier dem urbanen raum öffnen.<br />
Errichtet wird das Gebäude in einem ökologisch verträglichen Vorgehen, da<br />
kein Eingriff in die Natur vorgenommen werden muss. Die Bebauung erfolgt<br />
auf einer bisher ungenutzten Brache, dies mindert somit den innerstädtischen<br />
flächenverbrauch. Da die bereits bestehende infrastruktur genutzt wird, fallen<br />
zudem für die Allgemeinheit keine zusätzlichen Kosten an. im späteren<br />
Betrieb spart das Gebäude Energie, da <strong>CA</strong> immo ein nach DGNB zertifiziertes<br />
Green Building errichtet.<br />
cA immo develops the new Headquarters for mercedes-Benz Sales Division<br />
Germany (mBVD) in Berlin friedrichshain. The foundation stone was laid out<br />
in november 2011, the rental period will begin in mid 2013, initially for ten<br />
years. mBVD will concentrate all its existing office locations in Berlin in the<br />
new building, which was planned and will be built according to the requirements<br />
of mBVD by cA immo. cA immo is building owner and investor in this<br />
project.<br />
The building with approx. 26,000 m² of rental space will be built on an area<br />
of around 4,100 m² and in direct vicinity of the O 2 World. it is laid out in a<br />
comb structure with a high point. A mercedes-Benz Showroom and a bistro<br />
will open the quarter to the public area.<br />
The building is constructed in an ecologically sound approach, since there is<br />
no impact on nature. The development takes place on a brownfield, which reduces<br />
the urban land use. Since the existing infrastructure is used, there are no<br />
additional costs for the community. cA immo develops the building as a DGnB<br />
certified Green Building, which means it is designed to save energy in operation.<br />
