Das Skyline Plaza wird nach seiner fertigstellung im herbst 2013 rund<br />
40.000 Quadratmeter Einzelhandelsfläche auf zwei Ebenen umfassen, wo<br />
insgesamt rund 180 läden angesiedelt sein werden. Ein meridian Spa mit<br />
einer fläche von rund 9.200 Quadratmetern ergänzt dieses Angebot. Auf rund<br />
10.000 Quadratmetern ist ein Dachgarten mit Blick auf die frankfurter Skyline<br />
geplant. Dort werden gastronomische Betriebe und grüne Erholungszonen untergebracht.<br />
Ein Parkhaus mit rund 2.400 Stellplätzen rundet das Gesamtkonzept<br />
ab. Das Shopping Center wird optimal an den ÖPNV angebunden sein.<br />
für den Pkw-Verkehr sind die City und die Autobahnen schnell zu erreichen.<br />
Die Allianz beteiligt sich mit einem Anteil von 80 Prozent am Skyline Plaza.<br />
<strong>CA</strong> immo Deutschland Gmbh und ECE halten jeweils 10 % an der immobilie.<br />

transport links, the Skyline Plaza will include a multistorey car park as well<br />

centre and the motorways.<br />
Allianz has taken an 80 % shareholding in the Skyline Plaza. cA immo<br />
