Seit Anfang Dezember 2010 ist der neue Bürokomplex Bratislava Business<br />
Center 1 Plus in Bau. in sehr guter infrastruktureller lage im Business District<br />
Bratislavas positioniert, wird das Gebäude 13 Stockwerke mit einer vermietbaren<br />
Nutzfläche von rund 15.900 m² sowie eine Parkgarage mit 313 Parkplätzen<br />
umfassen. Konzipiert ist der Bau als Erweiterung des bestehenden Bratislava<br />
Business Center 1, zu dem eine direkte Verbindung geschaffen wird. Die finanzierung<br />
des Projekts erfolgt durch Eigenmittel, Bilfinger Berger konnte als<br />
Generalunternehmer gewonnen werden. BBC 1 Plus wird als nachhaltiger Bau<br />
mit entsprechenden ökologischen Standards errichtet, eine lEED-zertifizierung<br />
für das objekt wird angestrebt.<br />
At the beginning of December 2010 cA immo has started the construction<br />
work on the new office complex Bratislava Business center 1 Plus (BBc 1<br />
Plus), which is located centrally in the Bratislava Business District and will<br />
comprise 13-storeys with a rentable effective area of some 15,900 sqm and 313<br />
indoor parking places. The building is constructed as extension with a seamless<br />
connection to the existing Bratislava Business center 1, Bilfinger Berger<br />
have signed up as general contractor, and financing for the project has been<br />
secured by the Austrian Raiffeisen landesbank niederösterreich-Wien. The<br />
BBc 1 Plus will be constructed as a sustainable building and thus comply<br />
with specific ecological targets. moreover, cA immo is seeking to secure leeD<br />
certification for the structure.<br />
