hyatt, Bayerische Versorgungskammer, mövenpick, realgrund, meininger hotel

im Jänner 2012 wurde der 200 m hohe tower 185 fertiggestellt. Gleichzeitig
wurden auch die mietflächen im turm an den hauptmieter PwC übergeben.
Das Gebäude verfügt über insgesamt rund 130.000 m ² mietfläche. Nach der
erfolgten fertigstellung wird nun die lEED Gold zertifizierung abgeschlossen.

at the moment. The district is one of the most important inner-city urban
developments in Germany. The robust mixed-use design, combining modern
offices, new residential concepts, international cafés and restaurants, local
amenities, first-class hotels and social facilities, means that what is being created
here is an urban district with an eye to the future. Prominent companies,
such as BnP Paribas, Pwc, Grand Hyatt, Bayerische Versorgungskammer,
mövenpick, Realgrund, meininger Hotel and union investment have already
been acquired as tenants, users and investors for this district.

in january 2012, the 200 m high Tower 185 was completed. At the same
time, the leased space was handed over to the main tenant Pwc. The building
has a total of around 130,000 sqm. now that the building has been finished,
the leeD Gold certification process can be completed.
