Ende August 2010 hat <strong>CA</strong> immo gemeinsam mit einem deutsch/rumänischen<br />
Joint Venture Partner die Bauphase eins des retail Park Sibiu fertig gestellt.<br />
Die erste Phase umfasste ein 9.700 m² Nutzfläche fassendes Gebäude, für das<br />
<strong>CA</strong> immo die Baumarktkette oBi als mieter gewinnen konnte.<br />
im Endausbau soll auf einem Areal von rund 220.000 m² neben oBi ein<br />
Einkaufszentrum mit weiteren anschließenden fachmarktgebäuden errichtet<br />
werden. Die gesamte geplante Verkaufsfläche beläuft sich auf rund 80.000 m².<br />
Direkt an der neuen Autobahnausfahrt und der haupteinfahrtsstraße nach<br />
Sibiu gelegen, ist das Einkaufszentrum hervorragend zu erreichen. im Endausbau<br />
sind die gesamten investitionskosten mit rund 100 mio. € kalkuliert.<br />
Die Umsetzung der weiteren Ausbauphasen ist derzeit in Vorbereitung.<br />
By the end of August 2010, cA immo has finalised construction phase one<br />
of the Retail Park Sibiu together with a German/Romanian joint venture partner.<br />
This first phase comprises a building with effective area of 9,700 sqm for<br />
which cA immo could gain the Diy chain OBi as tenant.<br />
As soon as the whole site is completed, it will span some 220,000 sqm and<br />
accommodate a shopping centre with other specialist retail outlets in addition<br />
to OBi. The total planned retail space amounts to approximately 80,000 sqm.<br />
located adjacent to a new motorway exit on the main access road to Sibiu, the<br />
centre is easy to reach. The investment cost for the project as a whole is estimated<br />
at € 100 m. The next expansion phases are currently under preparation.<br />
