Alle an der „Agritechnica“ beteiligten Firmen können kostenlos
den Service „Aussteller informieren Presse“ in Anspruch nehmen.
Mit dieser Aktion soll ein ständiger Informationsfluss zwischen Ausstellern
und Fachpresse bereits vor Ausstellungsbeginn hergestellt
werden, damit die Redaktionen zeitig mit der Vorbericht erstattung
beginnen können. Und dies ist wichtig, denn investitions bereite Besucher
informieren sich lange vor der Ausstellung in der Fachpresse,
studieren die Vorberichterstattung und planen danach ihren Ausstellungsbesuch.
Wenn Sie sich an dieser Aktion beteiligen wollen, füllen Sie bitte
das nachfolgende Formblatt 13.1 aus. Die Rücksendung erwarten
wir ab Juni 2011 an die Pressestelle der DLG. Wir übernehmen die
Vervielfältigung, den Versand an die Presse und stellen zusätzlich
Ihren Text ins Internet, wenn wir ihn in elektronischer Form von
Ihnen erhalten. Bitte beachten Sie: Jeder Aussteller erhält nur eine
Seite.
WICHTIGER TERMINHINWEIS
Am 21. September 2011 wird die Vor-Pressekonferenz zur
„Agritechnica “ stattfinden. An diesem Termin werden die Fachredaktionen
umfangreich über die Ausstellung informiert und auch
mit Ihren In for mationen „Aussteller informieren Presse“ beliefert.
Insbesondere die monatlich erscheinenden Fachmagazine benötigen
wegen des frühen Redaktionsschlusses der Schwerpunktausgabe
zur „Agritechnica“ Ihre Informationen sehr frühzeitig. Wir
benötigen daher in Bezug auf die Vor-Presse konferenz Ihr Formblatt
13.1
bis spätestens 12. September 2011.
Damit die internationale Fachpresse diesen Service ebenfalls verwenden
kann, wird den hieran interessierten Ausstellern empfohlen,
ihre Informationen mehrsprachig vorzulegen (für jede Sprache ein
Formblatt verwenden!). In diesen Fällen übernimmt die DLG-Pressestelle
auch den Versand an die entsprechende internationale
Fachpresse.
Beim Ausfüllen des Formblattes 13.1 beachten Sie bitte Folgendes:
1. Das Formblatt finden Sie auch im Internet unter der Adresse
www.agritechnica.com unter der Rubrik Ausstellerservice. Das
Word-Dokument kann her untergeladen und ausgefüllt per E-
Mail an R.Leister@DLG.org zurückgeschickt werden. Bitte senden
Sie keine PDF-Dokumente.
2. Ausgefüllte Formblätter beim Rücksenden per Post bitte nicht
knicken.
Vorab-Übersendung als Fax ist möglich unter

3. Bitte kein Bild- und Prospektmaterial beifügen. Stattdessen
können Sie uns einen Link zu Ihrem Download-Bereich für die
Presse auf dem Formular 13.1 eintragen.

EXHIBITORS inform the
PRESS
All firms participating in “Agritechnica“ can make use of the service
„Exhibitors inform the Press“, free of charge. This campaign is meant
to provide a continuous flow of information between exhibitors and
the technical press before the opening of the exhibition in order that
editors may start with their preliminary and preparatory reporting in
good time. And this is important because visitors who intend to effect
investments tend to inform themselves in the run-up to the exhibition
in technical press publications. They study the pre lim inary
reports and they usually plan their visit to the exhibition with this
background.
If you wish to participate in this campaign, please fill in the following
form 13.1. It should arrive at the DLG Press Office starting from June
2011 on. We will arrange for reproduction and distribution to the
press, and also post your text on the Internet if you supply it to us in
electronic form. Please note: each exhibitor has only one page available.
IMPORTANT DATES
The pre-exhibition press conference for “Agritechnica“ will take
place on 21 September 2011. On this occasion the trade press will
receive details of the exhibition as well as your „Exhibitors inform
the Press“ material. Since the focal issue for “Agritechnica“ has to
go to press early, the monthly trade magazines especially will need
the information supplied by you in good time. With regard to the preexhibition
press conference your form 13.1 should be returned to us
not later than 12 September 2011.
So that the international trade press may also avail itself of this service,
DLG recommends that all interested exhibitors submit their information
in several languages (use a separate sheet for each
lan guage). In these cases the DLG Press Office will also arrange to
mail prints to the appropriate international press offices.
When filling in form 13.1 please observe the following:
1. The form is also available in the Internet under
www.agritechnica.com.
See the heading Exhibitors Service for the form. You can down -
load the Word form file and return it after completion via E-Mail
to R.Leister@DLG.org. Please do not send PDF documents.
2. Please do not fold or crease the completed form when
returning it.

- however, please then forward the original form by post.
3. Please do not enclose any photos or brochures. Alternatively
you can enter a link in the form to your download area for the
press.
