PRÄMIERUNGS- UND PRÜFBESTIMMUNGEN DER
AGRITECHNICA NEUHEITEN-AKTION 2011
1. Ziel und Zuständigkeiten
Die Agritechnica möchte mit Innovationen und Trends Schrittmacherfunktion weltweit
übernehmen. Mit dem Neuheiten-Prämierungssystem sollen wegweisende
Innovationen in der Landtechnik hervorgehoben und in der Kommunikation unterstützt
werden.
Die Neuheiten-Aktion wird von der DLG e.V. veranstaltet.
Die fachliche Durchführung liegt in den Händen einer von der DLG berufenen, unabhängigen,
internationalen Kommission aus anerkannten Beratern, Wissenschaftlern
und Praktikern.
2. Teilnehmer
Teilnehmen können alle als Aussteller auf der Agritechnica angemeldeten Unternehmen,
deren Produkte in die unten aufgeführten Sachgebiete fallen.
Die Teilnahme ist freiwillig und mit keinen zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden.
Der Teilnehmer oder dessen Rechtsnachfolger trägt für die Einhaltung aller einschlägigen
gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und dieser DLG-Prämierungs- und Prüfbestimmungen
die alleinige Verantwortung.
3. Zulassung der Produkte
Zugelassen sind nur Produkte aus den folgenden Sachgebieten:
1. Traktoren, mobile Ladetechnik, Transporttechnik
2. Technik für Bodenbearbeitung und Saatbettbereitung
3. Saat- und Bestelltechnik
4. Düngetechnik
5. Pflanzenschutztechnik
6. Be- und Entwässerungstechnik
7. Erntetechnik
7.1 Mähdruschtechnik
7.2 Rodetechnik (Kartoffeln, Rüben)
7.3 Häcksel-, Mäh-, Mähgutaufbereitungs- und Presstechnik
8. Technik für Erntegutaufbereitung, -förderung, -konservierung und -lagerung
9. Technik für Obst, Gemüse und andere Sonderkulturen
10. Forst-, Kommunaltechnik und Landschaftspflege
11. Agrarelektronik, Mess- und Wiegetechnik
12. Technik und Software zur Prozessoptimierung
Bewertung Richtlinien für Goldmedaillen
Mit einer Neuheiten-Goldmedaille wird ein Produkt mit neuer Konzeption ausgezeichnet,
bei dem sich die Funktion entscheidend geändert hat und durch dessen
Einsatz ein neues Verfahren ermöglicht oder ein bekanntes Verfahren wesentlich
verbessert wird.
Für die Auswahl entscheidend sind die Bedeutung für die Praxis, die Auswirkungen
auf die Betriebs- und Arbeitswirtschaft, die Umwelt und die Energiesituation.
Auswirkungen auf eine Arbeitserleichterung und auf die Arbeitssicherheit werden mit
bewertet.
Richtlinien für Silbermedaillen
Mit einer Neuheiten-Silbermedaille wird ein Produkt ausgezeichnet, bei dem ein
bekanntes Produkt so weiterentwickelt wurde, dass eine wesentliche Verbesserung
der Funktion und des Verfahrens zu erwarten ist. Dabei erfüllt das Produkt aber nicht
in vollem Umfang die Kriterien für die Prämierung mit einer Neuheiten-Goldmedaille.
Für die Auswahl mit entscheidend sind die wirtschaftliche Bedeutung für die Praxis,
die Arbeitsleistung, die Arbeitsqualität und die Funktionssicherheit.
Prämierte Produkte müssen zum Zeitpunkt der Ausstellung voll funktionsfähig und
spätestens im Jahr 2012 auf dem Markt verfügbar sein.
Ausschluss
Ausgeschlossen sind alle Produkte, die keinem der Sachgebiete unter Punkt 3 zugeordnet
werden können sowie Dienstleistungen (z.B. Ackerschlagkartei), Betriebsmittel
und Sorten. Neuheiten, die bereits bei einer anderen Ausstellung prämiert wurden,
scheiden in vollem Umfang aus der Neuheiten-Aktion Agritechnica 2011 aus und werden
nicht in das Neuheitenmagazin aufgenommen. Neuheiten, die (ab Anmeldedatum
rückwirkend für max. ein Jahr) zuvor bei einer anderen nationalen Ausstellung oder
internationalen Schau präsentiert wurden, können keine Agritechnica-Auszeichnung
in Gold oder Silber 2011 erlangen, sie werden nur in das Neuheitenmagazin aufgenommen.
Wenn die Anmeldung zur Neuheiten-Aktion mangelhaft in der Ausführung
und/oder nicht ausreichend beschrieben oder begründet ist, wird die Anmeldung von
der Neuheiten-Aktion ausgeschlossen.
4. Anmeldeverfahren
Jede Neuheit muss einzeln angemeldet werden. Die vollständige Neuheitenanmeldung
mit dem Hochladen von Dokumenten und Bildmaterial erfolgt online über
www.agritechnica.com/neuheiten.html. Die Anmeldesprache ist nur Deutsch und
Englisch.
Bei einer Online-Anmeldung ist keine zusätzliche schriftliche Anmeldung notwendig.
Die Online-Anmeldung steht am Tag des Einsendeschlusses bis 24 Uhr zur Verfügung.
Alternativ können Sie sich über das Formblatt 14.1 anmelden, das Sie bitte
vollständig ausgefüllt in zweifacher Ausfertigung mit Bildmaterial an die DLG,
Servicebereich Information, zurücksenden.
Gemeinschaftsanmeldungen sind möglich. In diesem Fall muss die Anmeldung als
Gemeinschaftsanmeldung gekennzeichnet werden und alle Partner benannt werden.
Im Neuheitenmagazin wird die Neuheit als Gemeinschaftsanmeldung mit allen beteiligten
Partnern dargestellt.
Zweifache Ausfertigung bei schriftlicher Anmeldung
Die Anmeldung muss inklusive Anmeldeformular mit Bildern, Skizzen und Prospekten
in zweifacher Ausführung für die zuständigen Kommissionsmitglieder vorliegen.
AWARD AND TEST REGULATIONS FOR THE
AGRITECHNICA INNOVATIONS CAMPAIGN 2011
1. Goal and areas of responsibility
With innovations and trends Agritechnica assumes a pacemaker function for the
international agricultural machinery industry. The Innovations Awards System
highlights innovations in agricultural machinery and equipment and supports
communications concerning them.
The Innovations Campaign is organised by the DLG e.V..
An impartial, international commission appointed by DLG and made up of recognised
consultants, scientists and practitioners is responsible for the technical
implementation.
2. Participants
All firms registered as exhibitors at Agritechnica whose products fall within the
sectors listed below may participate.
Participation is voluntary and does not involve any additional costs.
The participant or his legal successor shall bear sole responsibility for observing all
relevant statutory provisions and these DLG Award and Test Regulations.
3. Admission of products
Only products from the following sectors shall be admitted:
1. Tractors, mobile loading equipment, transport technology
2. Machinery and equipment for tillage and seed-bed preparation
3. Machinery and equipment for drilling and sowing
4. Machinery and equipment for fertilising
5. Machinery and equipment for plant protection
6. Machinery and equipment for irrigation and drainage
7. Machinery and equipment for harvesting
7.1 Machinery and equipment for combining
7.2 Machinery and equipment for lifting (potatoes, beets)
7.3 Machinery and equipment for chopping, mowing, conditioning and baling
of mowed material
8. Machinery and equipment for harvest conditioning, conveying, preservation
and storage
9. Machinery and equipment for fruit, vegetables and other special crops
10. Machinery and equipment for forest management, municipal applications and
landscape care
11. Agricultural electronics, equipment for measuring and weighing
12. Equipment and software for process optimization
Assessment Guidelines for Gold Medals
Gold Medals for Innovations will be awarded for products with a new concept
showing crucially modified functions and which can be used to allow a new process
or essentially improve known processes.
The following aspects are crucial for the award of a Gold Medal: importance for
practical application, impacts on farm and labour management, the environment
and the energy situation. Effects facilitating work and safety at work will also be
evaluated.
Guidelines for Silver Medals
Silver Medals for Innovations will be awarded for products which have been
developed further in such a fashion that an essential improvement of the functions
or the process may be expected. However, the product does not totally satisfy the
criteria for the award of a Gold Medal for Innovations. The following aspects are
crucial for the award of a Silver Medal: importance for practical application,
advantages in work performance, the work quality and operational reliability.
Award winning products must be operable at the time of the exhibition and
available on the market in 2012.
Exclusion
All products that cannot be allocated to any of the sectors under Point 3 as well as
services (e.g. field files), farm inputs and varieties are excluded. Any innovations
that have already won an award at any other exhibition are barred in full from
participating in the Agritechnica 2011 Innovations Campaign and will not be
included in the Innovations Magazine. Innovations that have been shown before
(during a period of at most one year before the date of submission) at another
national exhibition or international show are barred from winning an Agritechnica
2011 Award in Gold or Silver and will only be included in the Innovations Magazine.
If the submission for the Innovations Campaign is faulty in execution and/or if the
reasons given are not sufficiently well founded, the submission will be excluded
from the Innovations Campaign.
4. Submission procedure
A separate form must be completed for each innovation. You can submit innovations
completely online. The supporting documents and photos should be uploaded
via www.agritechnica.com/neuheiten.html. Submissions can be registered in
German or English only. In the case of online submissions no additional registration
in writing is necessary. Online submissions can be made up to 12.00 p.m. on the
final date for submissions. Alternatively you can use Form 14.1 to submit innovations.
Please complete the form fully and return it in duplicate together with your
photo material to DLG, Service Department Information.
Joint submissions are possible. In such cases the submission must be marked as
a joint submission and all the partners must be named. In the Innovations Magazine
the innovation will be shown as a joint submission with all the partners involved.
In duplicate for hardcopy submissions
The submission together with the submission form, photos, sketches and
brochures must be submitted in two copies for the responsible members of the
commission.
