Versicherungswert
Die angegebenen Versicherungssummen entsprechen dem Wert der Güter auf Basis:
❑ Gestehungs- bzw. Einkaufspreis ❑ Listen-Verkaufspreis
Transportkosten zur Ausstellung
❑ sind hinzugerechnet. ❑ sind nicht hinzugerechnet,
also nicht mitversichert.
Bei neuen und gebrauchten Maschinen und Apparaten ist als Versicherungswert der
Neuwert gemäß umseitig abgedruckter „DTV-Maschinenklausel“ einzusetzen. Die
Stand ausrüstung ist ggfs. zum Gestehungspreis versichert. Im Schadenfall wird ein dem
Zustand der versicherten Sachen (Alter, Abnutzung, Gebrauch, etc.) entsprechender
Abzug vorgenommen. Dieser Abzug entfällt bei Reparaturen, soweit keine Neuteile eingebaut
wurden.
Übersteigt die benötigte Gesamtversicherungssumme den Betrag von EUR 250.000,
so ist vorab Anfrage bei der SEB Assekuranz Makler GmbH erforderlich!
Den Prämienbetrag einschl. Versicherungssteuer bitte selbst errechnen und an die oben
genannte Anschrift unter Angabe der Versicherungsschein-Nummer 406/85/51 669
26 26 über weisen. Der Versicherungsschutz beginnt - ggfs. abweichend von § 3 der AVB
- frühestens am Tage des Eingangs der Prämie auf dem aufgeführten Konto. Eine gesonderte
Rechnungsstellung erfolgt nicht.

Please prepare the application in duplicate. Send the original to the above-indicated
broker SEB Assekuranz Makler GmbH; the copy remains with the applicant as confirmation
of insurance and invoice. Please take note of the overleaf!
This is to apply for insurance cover of Exhibited Items and – if necessary – including
Stand Equipment. The desired insurance sums are to be entered in the column
“Premium Calculation“ opposite the corresponding category of goods. ▼
Nicht versichert sind Pelze, echte Teppiche, Edelsteine, Gegenstände aus Gold, Silber, Platin und ähnlich hochwertige Materialien. /

In accordance with the „DTV-Machinery Clause“ printed on the overleaf, the insurance
value to be filled in is the replace ment value for new and used machines and apparatus.
Stand equipment is to be insured for cost-price, if necessary. In the event of damage, a
deduction corresponding to the condition of the insured goods (age, wear and tear, etc.)
will be made. This deduction is not applicable if repairs are ma de, as far as no new parts
are installed.
If the required sum insured is higher than EUR 250.000, the broker should be
contacted before filing this application!
Please calculate the amount of premium, incl. the insurance tax, yourself and remit this
amount to the address of the above - indi cated insurer, quoting the Insurance Policy No.
406/85/51 669 26 26. Notwithstanding § 3 of the AVB (General Insurance Conditions), if necessary,
insurance cover will begin on the date the premium is credited to the indicated account
at the earliest. A separate invoice will not be sent to you.
