Whenever service is necessary, your local dealer knowsyour plow best and is interested in your completesatisfaction. Return your snowplow to your local dealer formaintenance service or any other assistance you mayrequire. If you are unable to do so, this troubleshootingguide should help you determine the problem. However,before attempting the servicing of your plow, you shouldpossess good mechanical abilities and a totalunderstanding of the mechanism.PLEASE: Before calling parts and service personnel becertain that:1. You have read this guide carefully and are certainthat all of the suggestions pertaining to your problemhave been attempted.2. You have the following available:A. Date snowplow was originally installedB. Power Pack Serial NumberC. Controller Serial NumberD. Blade Serial NumberE. Pump Serial NumberThis information should be recorded on page 2 of thisOwners Manual.1. Check vehicle electrical system for proper operation.2. Check all wiring to be sure that battery terminals areclean and connections to battery, circuit breaker,solenoid, and all connectors on plow harness are cleanand tight.3. Check for external leakage at cylinders, hoses, andpower unit.4. Check the voltage at the coils which operate solenoidvalves to be sure that the voltage at the coils is aminimum of 9½ volts DC.5.
