Nach erneuter ausführlicher Diskussion der Projekte
kommt die Jury einstimmig zu dem Entschluss am
Standort Würzburg keinen Preis zu vergeben. Die Jury
empfiehlt Europan und der Stadt Würzburg, die nicht
ausgeschüttete Preissumme in Höhe von 6.000 Euro zusätzlich
im Rahmen eines Workshops zur Überarbeitung
der Projekte zu investieren. Im Anschluss wird für beide
Projekte der Antrag auf Auszeichnung mit einem Ankauf
gestellt, der wie folgt abgestimmt wird:

9 öffnen der verfasserumschläge
Die Verfasserumschläge werden geöffnet und die Namen
der Verfasser verlesen (siehe Liste der Preisträger und
Teilnehmer auf den Seiten 22 ff.)
10 Abschluss der Jury-Sitzung
Frau Prof. Christa Reicher dankt den Mitgliedern für die
konzentrierte, sachliche und engagierte Zusammenarbeit
während der letzten beiden Tage und der Vorprüfung für
die gute Vorbereitung der Sitzung und gibt den Vorsitz an
Herrn Rudolph als Vertreter des Auslobers zurück.
Herr Rudolph dankt im Namen des Auslobers allen am
Wettbewerbsverfahren Beteiligten, besonders der Vorsitzenden,
Frau Prof. Reicher, für die souveräne Leitung der
Sitzung und gratuliert allen Gewinnern zu ihrem Erfolg.
Frau Poeverlein dankt dem Preisgericht für die offene
und breit gefächerte Sichtweise auf die Projekte und ist

After a further detailed discussion of the projects the
jury reaches a unanimous decision to not award a
prize for the Würzburg location. The jury recommends
that Europan and the City of Würzburg invest the prize
of € 6,000 in a workshop for revising the project. A
motion is proposed for acquisition of the two projects.

9 Opening of the Author Envelopes
The author envelopes are opened and the names of the
authors read out (see list of prize winners and entrants
on page 22 ff.)
10 Closing
Prof. Christa Reicher thanks the members of the jury
for their focused, professional and committed work
over the past two days and preliminary assessment in
preparation for the meeting and hands the chair back to
Mr Rudolph as representative of the organiser.
On behalf of the organiser, Mr Rudolph thanks all those
participating in the competition procedure, in particular
Chairwoman Prof. Reicher for her competent chairmanship
of the meeting and congratulates all prize winners
on their success. Mrs Poeverlein thanks the jury for its
open and broad view of the projects and is convinced
