Durch die Gala führte das Moderatorenduo Janin Ullmann
und Patrice Bouédibéla. Auf der Bühne begeisterte der
Sänger Sasha mit seinen größten Hits. Für gute Stimmung
sorgten zudem Ex-Spandau Ballet-Frontmann Tony Hadley
sowie Boney M. feat. Liz Mitchell.
Laughing Hearts unterstützt aktuell 22 Heime in Berlin
und Umgebung und erreicht damit circa 2.500 Kinder und
Jugendliche.
For one evening in November, the Hyatt at Potsdamer Platz
was once again dedicated to the good cause. At the 11th Laughing
Hearts Charity Gala, numerous guests gathered to show their
big hearts for disadvantaged children and young people. After all,
this year’s goal was to exceed last year’s donation record of around
752,000 euros. A challenge that was readily accepted by the generous
guests: In the end, the impressive sum of 1 million euros was
donated to projects that support children and young people and
open up opportunities for them that would otherwise not be available
to them.
Main sponsor Christoph Gröner, CEO of the CG Gruppe AG,
set the impressive final point and rounded up the preliminary
donation sum of 731,000 euros to the final amount. He has supported
Laughing Hearts e.V., founded in 2009, intensively as
a partner and board member since its foundation and motivated
numerous other sponsors from industry to dig deep into their pockets
at the gala.
The gala was hosted by Janin Ullmann and Patrice Bouédibéla.
On stage, the singer Sasha inspired with his greatest hits. Ex-
Spandau Ballet-Frontmann Tony Hadley and Boney M. feat. Liz
Mitchell also provided a good atmosphere.
Laughing Hearts currently supports 22 homes in and around Berlin,
reaching around 2,500 children and young people.
