Office of the Future<br />
SITOA GmbH, who already built the close-by MEDICENTER<br />
SÜD, invited local and regional VIPs to the topping-out ceremony for<br />
the modern office complex ISARHOCH workresort. Together with<br />
trusted partners like fenixx Bau from Starnberg, a new type of office<br />
building will be constructed on the banks of Isar River with state-ofthe-art<br />
technologies in the areas of building service engineering, sustainability<br />
and interior design. The ceremony itself took place close to<br />
the river in a relaxed outdoor lounge setting, where guests could try<br />
local cuisine by Hans Klostermair and the experimental music of the<br />
band Tromposound. More than 50% of ISARHOCH’s office spaces<br />
are already rented out to companies while more than 15% are reserved<br />
by their future tennants.<br />
