Kreis Lippe
District of Lippe
In Zusammenarbeit
Arbeitsbereiche an variierenden Standorten (Industrie,
Verwaltung, Bildung, Forschung) miteinander verbinden
(müssen).
Der Kreis Lippe und die „Energieregion OWL“ haben tragfähige
Netzwerke auf allen Akteursebenen seit Jahren gebildet
(Energieversorger, öffentliche Hand, Bürger, Forschungs- und
Hochschuleinrichtungen sowie Wirtschaftsunternehmen z.B. it’s
Bewerbung). Intensive Netzwerkarbeit führte zu Bündelung und
Zusammenarbeit der lokalen Kompetenzpartner, hierunter finden
sich auch zahlreiche Globalplayer. Mit der konsequenten Verbindung
von Energieproduktion und regional abgestimmten Mobilitätskonzepten
(EMIL und JÜRGEN) wurden bereits maßgebliche
Meilensteine erreicht. Die Potentiale des ländlichen Raums
und die konsequente Kopplung von postfossilen Mobilitätskonzepten
und erneuerbarer Energie gilt es weiterzuentwickeln.
The importance of mobility issues in rural areas has already highlighted
various phenomena which need to be further developed,
professionally assisted and built upon. To bring about change
and alter mobility behaviour it is necessary to carry out targeted
evaluation, assess results and measure outcomes.
The District of Lippe has, as part of its general political and employment-political
commitment to energy-based topics („Engagement
in electrically moved and renewable energy“), two successful
project developments currently in progress. In co-operation
with the OWL Highschool and EWL University of Applied Sciences,
the District has developed a project called „The National
Development Plan for Electric Mobility“ which focuses on intracompany
transportation. This project has attracted funding of 8
Million Euros.
Two successful project requests of the district („electrically moved“
and „ewl mobile“) are presently being realized beside both
general and employment political commitment with energyrelated
topics. Co-operating with the EWL University of Applied
Sciences the district developed a project to the call “National
Development Plan Electric Mobility” with focus on intra-company
transportation. The volume of this project is € 7 million.
The background of small and medium-sized companies and the
demographic trend identify conditions that require huge movements
of intra-company traffic by individuals who need to be in
involved in different areas of operation or at various locations
(industry, administration, education and research), all of which
need to be linked.
For many years now the District of Lippe and the „Energy Region
of EWL“ have worked together to create solid networks at
all levels of participation (energy providers, public corporations,
residents, research- and university establishments as well as
companies). Intensive networking has provided opportunities for
close co-operation between local, professional partners, some of
whom are global players.
By consistently linking energy production and local mobility plans
(such as “EMIL”* and “JÜRGEN”**) important milestones may be
achieved The potential of rural areas and the consequent linking
of post-fossil-fuel mobility plans with renewable energies are now
in a position to be further developed.
