Application area:
The wire is is intended for manufacture of spring
washers.
The wire of square, rectangular and trapezoid section
is available. The manufactured wire is classified:
• by resulting treatment – annealed and cold-drawn
• by manufacture accuracy – normal - NA; high - HA
• by mechanical properties – Class 1 V and 2
The wire is manufactured from steel grades 65G, 70 O .
Chemical composition is given in Table 1.
