Important Motorcoach Information To drive a motorcoach in the State of Virginia, you must register with the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. There is a one-time $50.00 application fee, plus a $3.00 Operating Authority Registration fee per vehicle, per year and a $3.00 fee for duplicate certificates.
