Highlights I Experience a truly authentic Italian restaurant with Sal’s By Victor. For more than 30
years, we have prided ourselves on being a family owned and operated business, and we treat our
patrons with the respect and flexibility they deserve. Our restaurant can accommodate up to 200
for group meals.
Raised on a farm in Mirabella Eclano, in the Avellino region of Italy, Chef Vittorio (Victor) Minichiello
studied food arts at the Culinary Institute of Summonte Italia and has worked in some of the finest
eateries in Europe, including La Cheminee in Paris, Giardino da Bruno in Rimini and Partenio
in Naples. Today, he is a member of the Italian Chef’s Association and brings his world-class
expertise to Williamsburg.
Chef Victor specializes in pizza, subs, fresh pastas and heart healthy sauces that combine
fresh ingredients, but are low in fat and sodium, and offers a fine selection of vegetarian dishes.
Specialties include Fettuccine Primavera and Stuffed Eggplant. In keeping with his European
training, Victor uses only the highest quality ingredients, fine imported cheeses, early pressing
olive oils, and offers a selection of domestic and imported wines to accompany your meal, and fine
espresso and cappuccino for a fitting end to any repast.
Group Meals I Flexible menus for all tastes. If your group has experienced a long day in the Historic
Triangle, we will deliver to your hotel. The restaurant staff will work with you to provide whatever
meal requirements your group has during their stay in Williamsburg from late evening dinners to
delivery service for a special function.
