Jason Medal-Katz<br />
Jason is the professional services manager for<br />
Autodesk ® Building Collaboration Services. He<br />
manages a team that provides consulting, training,<br />
and implementation services to Autodesk ®<br />
Buzzsaw ® customers. Previously, Jason was an<br />
AEC application sales engineer for Autodesk Asia<br />
Pacific. Prior to joining Autodesk, Jason practiced<br />
architecture and worked as a CAD manager. He<br />
holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from<br />
the University of California at Berkeley.<br />
Thomas Meehan<br />
Thomas has worked for several years in<br />
architectural firms doing design and production<br />
work as well as CAD management. He is a<br />
certified instructor in AutoCAD ® and Autodesk ®<br />
Architectural Desktop as well as fluent in many<br />
office, graphics, and desktop publishing<br />
applications. He also writes AutoLISP ® and HTML<br />
code. Thomas has a degree in Architecture and is<br />
now completing his exams for a license.<br />
Kelly Meyer<br />
Kelly is the AEC product manager for Autodraft,<br />
Inc., an award-winning Autodesk ® reseller founded<br />
in 1988. Kelly started using AutoCAD ® Version 2.6<br />
in 1985 when he attended a 2-year CAD diploma<br />
program at Caribou College. After graduating,<br />
Kelly developed CAD standards for a roof truss<br />
manufacturer and designed roof and floor<br />
systems until 1989 when he joined Autodraft,<br />
where he has handled sales, technical issues, and<br />
training. He has been an Autodesk ® Certified<br />
Instructor since 1994.<br />
Troy Mifsud<br />
Troy has many years of experience as a CAD<br />
manager and architectural designer on<br />
healthcare and education projects. He was a<br />
former architectural application engineer for a<br />
major Autodesk ® reseller in Boston, where he<br />
implemented Autodesk ® Architectural Desktop,<br />
developed CAD standards, and trained and<br />
supported architectural staff for numerous<br />
clients. Troy specializes in implementation and<br />
standardization of AutoCAD ® and Architectural<br />
Desktop. He earned a Bachelor of Architectural<br />
Technology from Ryerson University in Toronto.<br />
Jerry Milana<br />
Jerry is a senior principal consultant with<br />
Autodesk Professional Services (APS), specializing<br />
in network and operating-specific issues. In<br />
addition to providing support and training to<br />
dealers and major accounts, Jerry also represents<br />
the Product Support Department at product<br />
development meetings. Prior to joining<br />
Autodesk, he was in charge of sales and support<br />
for an AutoCAD ® dealer. Jerry served as president<br />
of an AutoCAD user group and on advisory councils<br />
for local collages. He has accepted numerous<br />
invitations to lecture on TCP/IP networking and<br />
AutoCAD topics. Jerry has also contributed to<br />
CADENCE magazine on networking AutoCAD.<br />

Kevin Miller<br />
Kevin joined Ohio Edison Company in 1986 and<br />
is currently serving as project manager for the<br />
GIS Migration Project at FirstEnergy. The goals of<br />
the project are to migrate the former GPU GIS<br />
to the FirstEnergy GIS platform and develop<br />
interfaces between FirstEnergy’s AM/FM<br />
application and the SAP (ERP) and PowerOn<br />
(OMS) systems at FirstEnergy. Previously Kevin<br />
was coordinator of Geospatial and Engineering<br />
systems at FirstEnergy where his duties included<br />
management of the group responsible for<br />
training, development, and support.<br />
Ronald Montesano<br />
Ronald has 10-plus years of experience in the<br />
engineering design field, including extensive<br />
industry and academic experience. He has taught<br />
introductory and advanced AutoCAD ® classes at<br />
Westchester Community College in Valhalla, New<br />
York since 1992. He works full-time as an engineer<br />
for Paragon Aquatics, one of the largest pool<br />
industry manufacturers in the United States. He<br />
has designed and drafted working plans for<br />
mechanized devices in the architectural, baking,<br />
paper, petrochemical, and semiconductor<br />
industries. Ronald has a B.S. in Engineering from<br />
the University of Buffalo.<br />
Andrew Morsell, P.E.<br />
Andrew owns and operates Spatial Integrators,<br />
Inc., a private GIS and CAD consulting firm.<br />
During the last 5 years, he has been the primary<br />
developer and project manager in charge of the<br />
creation of more than 30 custom Autodesk<br />
MapGuide ® sites for various clients. Prior to<br />
working in the GIS and CAD consulting field,<br />
Andrew worked in the civil, environmental, and<br />
geotechnical industry as a project engineer and<br />
was involved in all phases of field-data collection<br />
and design. He earned a bachelor’s in Geology<br />
and master’s in Geologic Engineering and is a<br />
registered civil engineer.<br />
Neil Munro, P.E.<br />
Neil is a faculty member at the British Columbia<br />
Institute of Technology (BCIT) in Vancouver,<br />
Canada. He is a co-author and contributor on a<br />
number of books and electronic courseware<br />
modules for Autodesk Inventor ® .Neil also pens<br />
Autodesk Inventor tutorials for the Autodesk<br />
website and writes Autodesk Inventor VB<br />
applications in his spare time.<br />
Matt Murphy<br />
As director of the Autodesk ® Authorized Training<br />
Center at Wentworth Institute of Technology in<br />
Boston, Matt is recognized by Autodesk as a<br />
leader in providing professional training since<br />
1985. He has served as an advisor and consultant<br />
to the training industry as chair of the Autodesk<br />
Training Center Executive Committee (ATCEC)<br />
and as an Education Training Specialist (ETS). He<br />
is also an Autodesk ® Certified Instructor and a<br />
Certified Technical Trainer. He has received<br />
numerous instructional awards for his efforts in<br />
raising the quality of the training industry.<br />
Marv Muston<br />
Marv is an AEC professional with 28 years of<br />
experience in the industry. He is AutoCAD ® and<br />
Microsoft certified. He is also president of both<br />
Marv Muston Consulting and the Sarasota<br />
Autodesk User Group. Marv serves AUGI ® as junior<br />
vice-president, and is currently the AUGI manager<br />
for Local User Groups (LUG). In this role, he helps<br />
people around the world find, start, or develop<br />
local user groups in their area.<br />
Keith Nanneman<br />
Keith has been the senior application engineer<br />
for D3 Technical Services in Springfield, Missouri<br />
for the last 5 years. D3 is an Autodesk Service<br />
Center that is focused 100 percent on the<br />
Autodesk mechanical vertical market. Keith holds<br />
a Bachelor of Science degree in Drafting and<br />
Design Technology from Southwest Missouri<br />
State. Keith’s main focus at D3 is the implementation<br />
of Autodesk Inventor ® with new customers,<br />
as well as 2D and 3D CAD automation and<br />
configuration development for existing customers.<br />
Additional responsibilities include training and<br />
supporting Autodesk Inventor users and working<br />
as an engineering design consultant.<br />
Bob Ng<br />
Bob Ng, director in the Business Planning and<br />
Analysis Group at Autodesk, has worked for the<br />
company for 15 years. He is an expert in the field<br />
of CAD economics and has authored numerous<br />
studies on the topics of CAD ROI and design<br />
productivity. He holds a B.A. from the University<br />
of California at Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from<br />
Harvard University.<br />
Brian Palmby<br />
Brian is an application engineer and instructor<br />
specializing in Autodesk ® mechanical software for<br />
INCAT, an Autodesk ® value-added reseller. INCAT<br />
won Autodesk’s only ICE award for Autodesk<br />
Inventor ® Technical Excellence. Brian has been<br />
teaching Autodesk products for 5 years, and has<br />
taught Autodesk Inventor ® since it was first<br />
released.<br />
Tony Peach<br />
Tony is the DWF strategist and evangelist for<br />
Autodesk. He is responsible for providing the<br />
DWF direction across Autodesk and its products.<br />
Tony has extensive knowledge of brand<br />
management and product marketing in multiple<br />
geographic markets both internationally and<br />
domestically. During his 11 years at Autodesk,<br />
he has served in several capacities from quality<br />
assurance, software design, and tools<br />
development, to applications engineer, product<br />
management, and his current role as strategist.<br />
Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical<br />
Engineering with a minor in Computer Science.
