EUROINVENT <strong>2012</strong><br />

This invention relates to portable equipment for cleaning and<br />

rehabilitation of transmission capacity for lubrication pipes<br />

flat valves, used in hydroelectric plants. It is known that<br />

lubrication systems within hydraulic fittings contain pipes<br />

embedded in concrete, to which access is not easily<br />

accessible. Because of these drawbacks, periodic lubrication<br />

of pipes is very rare, leading to hardening grease, depositing<br />

calcite and inevitably their clogging. The technical problem<br />

solved by the present invention lies in creating the possibility<br />

of cleaning, respectively the operation of unclogging the<br />

pipes as well as their lubrication, pipelines to which access is<br />

difficult.<br />

Description<br />

The growing amount of skyline buildings in Jakarta as the<br />

capital city of Indonesia brought the idea to find some<br />

effective solutions how to clean their windows. For that<br />

purpose will be needed expensive equipment such as<br />

gondola, crane and professional worker. It takes much time<br />

to clean windows of skyline buildings especially high-rise<br />

office building (> 50m), it is dangerous for the workers<br />

(cleaner) and this job costs expensive as well.<br />

Robo Cleaner for windows of skyline buildings is a smart<br />

creation of robot which is programmed at its first<br />

construction (installation) before it starts to clean the<br />

windows. This robot consists of 4 vacuum legs, 1 wiper, 1<br />

sponge and 1 sprayer. It is controlled by microcontroller and<br />

its motion is programmed by using software.<br />
